The cabinet or bench oven is used to describe small batch equipment. Wisconsin Oven offers various sizes in two models, the SBH and the CB.
The SBH or Heavy Duty Bench is designed for a heavy-duty cycle and is offered in thirty-six (36) sizes. The SBH is perfect for long dwell times at high temperatures and high volume production. The SBH has unequalled air volume and heat input. The SBH is offered in either electric or natural gas heat. The SBH or Heavy Duty Bench is designed for 650°F with a high temperature option for 1,000°F operation. Cabinet Ovens
Gruenberg Oven Company designs and manufactures a complete line of standard as well as custom cabinet ovens to accommodate a variety of thermal processing applications. Stuffing Box Packings (Gland Packings) are machine-braided cords of different materials, used for sealing rotating shafts in pumps, ventilators and fittings. Packing sections are laid round the shaft in circles and then compressed with the gland. For dynamic applications, the compression must be so adjusted that a certain minor amount of leakage between packing and shaft may emerge. Harmful dry running is prevented thus and the leakage is dissipated or returned. Various materials and material combinations are used according to the individual case of application. Special lubricants are incorporated into the braiding to improve running properties.

FAG housing and bearing units have successfully been used in machinery, installations and equipment.
FAG bearing housings are usually made of greycast iron.
As a rule, the bearing seats in the housings are machined in such a way that the bearings can be
displaced, i.e. they are of the floating type. All outer surfaces of FAG housings and housing parts are provided with a universal coat of paint (colour RAL 7031, bluish grey).
Depending on the operating conditions, the bearing housings can be sealed with rubbing seals, non-rubbing seals, and combinations of both. |

Radial insert ball bearings are single row, rady-to-fit units comprising a solid outer ring, an inner ring extended on one or both sides, cages made from plastic or sheet steel and P, R, L or T seals. Bearings with an inner ring extended on both sides undergo less tilting of the inner ring and therefore run more smoothly.
The outer ring has a crowned or cylindrical outside surface. In conjunction with an INA housing matched to the bearing type, bearings with a crowned outside surface compensate for shaft misalignments; see Compensation of misalignments.
They are located on the shaft by means of an eccentric locking collar, grub screws in the inner ring, an adapter sleeve, drive slot or fit. Radial insert ball bearings are particularly easy to fit, suitable for drawn shafts of grade h6 to h9 and, with a few exceptions, can be relubricated.
Some series with an eccentric locking collar and with grub screws in the inner ring are also available with an inch size bore.
