- Demag Standard Single Girder Crane products are designed to provide the optimal combination of performance and price.
- Our girder construction utilizes two types: WF beams or our unique box girder design.
- WF beams are used for cranes up through 10 ton capacity and 60 foot spans.
- Box girders are used for spans greater than 60 feet up through 10 tons and all spans up through 15 ton capacity. The design of the box girders provide for maximum strength with minimum weight. while modular end trucks allow for on-site installation.
- Standard bridge cranes include 2-speed selection for hoist and travel drives. Standard option packages include but are not limited to: variable frequency control, 2-speed variations, remote control, dual hoist arrangements and outdoor protection.
- Regardless of either girder type, our unique overhead crane design utilizes our modular end trucks and exclusive end truck girder connection. These features translate into savings based on increased performance and service life or our equipment. Additional savings are based on our ability for on-site installation which equates to reduced installation time and freight costs.

With these crane kits overhead travelling cranes up to 10 t capacity can be built very simply and economically especially for applications in hazardous areas.
The crane manufacturer provides the main girder and JDN delivers all the components that are necessary to built an air powered crane in various packages:
- end carriages with pneumatic drives
- energy feeding systems
- safety accessories
- and of course the appropriate air hoist with trolley.

Bonfanti produces a range of standardized crane components (named "crane kit") intended for those who want to assemble and complete their own bridge crane.
A complete crane kit is composed by all the crane accessories unless the main beams.
The main kit components are:
1) Winch trolley or Hoist trolley complete of:
- Electrical rope Winch or Electrical rope hoist
- Translation machanism complete of own motorgears
- Electrical power box
- Safety hoisting and translation end-switches
- Complete electrical wiring of all the equipments installed on the trolley
2) End-carriages complete of mechanisms and own motorgears
3) Coupling plates between End-carriages and crane girders
4) Electrical power box
5) Cables festoon for the connection of the electrical equipments of the crane trolley with the main electrical power box. The cables festoon are supplied with a length right to the crane span.
6) Pendant pushbutton (already connected with its electrical cable) and/or remote control
7) Safety crane end-switches (they are already connected with their specific electrical cables)
8) Accessories (for end-switches, safety and obbligatory signals, beeper, etc)
The kits are supplied also not completed; it means that is possible buy only some of the components above described.

The wheel drive unit DGR is made by modular concept of drive group and idler group and with angle support concept, ideal to suit both, bolted and welded fixing frame to unit.
The carbon steel wheels are provided with diameters of 125 to 315 mm, suitable to rail of 30 to 65 mm width.
The 2 speed motors are self braking type, progressive starting, with fan and the tapered brake ensures a fast braking action that remains reliable upon time accrual.
