Compact, electro-pneumatic pad printing machine:
- 2 - 4 closed ink cups (Ø 90, Ø 130 or Ø 160 or mixed)
- Pad cleaning
- PLC controlled
- Operated by touch screen panel
- Executed with 1 jig on a XY table on one position
- Executed with rotary table for two or four positions for automation with pretreatment, end-drying or ejection of the objects.
Direct connection of the table and/or jig to the machine without the need for additional wiring. When the option is connected and the machine is restarted, the new additional features are automatically enabled by the software.
The jig and rotary table are designed in this way that they allow the customer to control different types of jigs flexibly, without the need for reprogramming or rewiring the machine.
The rotary table option module is designed to make it easy for the operator to handle the products during the printing process.
The jig option module can control 2 cylinders (with end detections): one vacuum unit or product clamp and one part detection. The functionality of this can be fully programmed by the customer through an easy to use graphical interface.

We produce printing pads. They are constructed in silicone rubber, of different hardnesses, depending on the type of pad printing, customised, determined by the print size; the pads can be of different sizes and shapes according to the print specifications. Further information on the type or measurements of the pads to be used is released directly by our company.

Round
The first shape designed for pad printing and one of the most common pads used today.
These pads minimize distortion while placing an image on to a cylindrical surface.
Loaf
Derived from the round pad, size limitations required the round shape to be squared-up on 2 or more sides, developing the loaf pad.
This narrower profile, allows the loaf pad, to be positioned in restricted areas. The design of the loaf pad allows for 2 or more pads to be easily grouped together.
Bar
Shaped like the roof of a house, these pads were designed for long narrow applications. Long lines of text are difficult to print with round or loaf pads due to the over-compression it would take to pick up the lengthy image
The bar pad allows for items, such as long lines of text, to be printed with very minimal compression on the pad.
Recommended for printing on flat surfaces, due to the shapes inability to minimize distortion on rounded surfaces.
Durometer (Hardness)
We recommend selecting the maximum amount of hardness that the product can support for the best possible print.

Therefore, pads are made in many shapes, contours and densities to accommodate a multiplicity of product forms. A basic range of about eight pads offer excellent printing onto approximately 90% of the printed products shown here. Many articles can be printed relatively cheaply, and in many cases very profitably by comparison with traditional processes. With a manual machine, printing rates of up to 600 units or prints per hour are attainable. An automatic printer will offer in excess of 1200 prints per hour, manually fed. Printing rates, naturally are subject to many factors, such as, product texture, substrate, shape, ink type used, drying times, etc. Pad elasticity offers many possibilities - single and multi-color printing onto round, concave, convex, uneven, textured - almost any surface or substrate. Re-usable inks are available for fast drying applications - 10 to 20 sec. drying time. Also two-pot catalyst inks for more difficult substrates such as anodized or plated metals, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyamide, phenolics such as laminated plastics, Ceramics and Glass products.

The UVAC exposure unit features an adjustable digital timer, a reliable vacuum hold-down system with on-board vacuum gauge to provide vacuum status information at a glance. The built in safety interlock prevents accidental exposure to UV light.
UVAC units use widely available UV fluorescent lamps, which minimize maintenance costs and light quality changes. The vinyl vacuum blanket is durable, but removes easily for replacement if necessary.
