Designed for extended cutting and labeling application.
The industrial grade ink jet plotting and printing system is designed for long production runs with features such as no-clog extended run print heads, and remote high-capacity ink reservoirs.
The Mastercut and Genesis 2100 industrial flatbed cutting machine platforms are extremely adaptable and can be configured to carry a wide variety of cutting tools. The picture on the left shows an ink jet printing tool head that has been mounted on a Genesis platform. Please note that these images are taken from a production machine, not a test unit. The ink jet unit is enclosed in the long thin square shrouded aluminum housing that can be seen to the right of the orange cutting head. The large capacity ink reservoir is housed in the silver control console to the right of the cutting/printing head. The black hose line that runs from the ink jet print head towards the rear of the machine, supplies the print head with ink. This remote reservoir system means that the print unit can run for extended periods, and the ink reservoir can be replenished without any downtime. |
|
Orifice Configurations:
Printheads are available in a range of orifice configurations according to the desired print height and resolution. Multiple orifices per channel increase the print area without added cost and complexity.
High efficiency:
With printhead orifices smaller than a human hair, extremely low volume droplets are produced. As a result, the ink efficiency is superior to that of competitive printing technologies.
Repairability:
Being able to repair Trident printheads saves users money when compared to the high replacement costs for "disposable" or unrepairable printheads. The diagram below shows how the UltraJet II printhead is constructed for easy repairability.
In general, Trident printheads are built for industrial printing applications and designed to provide a lower overall total cost of ownership. |
|
OEM Printheads for Textile Printing:
If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) developing a textile printer, Trident's inert printhead construction and high jetting throughput make an excellent combination. Contact a Trident representative to discuss your OEM printer development needs.
Trident printheads for textile printing include:
PixelJet
768Jet
384Jet
Traditional vs. Digital Textile Printing:
Screen-printing, the traditional method, entails a long set up time and is not economical for short runs.
Digital imaging allows for less expensive short production runs, offers faster turnaround, and provides immediate results as well as pattern variability. |

| We are pleased to inform you that TAMPOPRINT AG has extended its delivery programme by the successful further developments of the well proven 2-lane tampon printing machine types „Rotoprint“ and „Continua“. The extension of the „Rotoprint“ to 3 lanes allows an output of 150.-180.000 closures / h, printed with 1 to 3 colours and with a max. parts diameter of 26-32 mm. Closures with a diameter of 38-50 mm can be decorated with an output of up to 120.000 parts / h with 1 to 3 colours. The combination of the electro-mechanical drive by means of a toothed wheel and the use of only one printing cylinder (manufactured for a precise fitting on a rotary gravure laser) per ink unit lead to a perfect accuracy with an accordingly high machine efficiency. The advantage is first of all that only one cliché cylinder 100x150 mm per printing unit is needed and therefore the set-up costs remain low. Compared with the “Rotoprint”, on the 3-lane “Continua” it is possible to achieve a quality print with an output of more than 180.000 closures / h, using up to 5 colours. Both machine types have as a standard feature a new gas pretreatment which is automatically controlled depending on the printing speed and thereby achieve an optimum ink adhesion. After the cold air intermediate drying for both lines also the end drying can take place by means of gas. Optionally it is possible to integrate camera systems for the print image control. The components are fitted to our printing lines with a new sorting elevator that is gentle to the parts and colour-independent. The feeding of the closures takes place via gravitation, without mechanical damage and without air consumption. |

The market demands more and more compact and flexible designs for automations and system solutions. For machines with high hourly outputs the camera inspection of good and bad parts has become a standard feature in the meantime; additional processes such as assembly or checking have to be integrated. It is, however, necessary that semi-automatic machines for smaller but often changing series can be retrofit within a very short period of time.
High-speed pad printing machine as a symbiosis of machine construction and application engineering by TAMPOPRINT® AG. As a leading turn-key supplier TAMPOPRINT is able to implement customer URS (User Requirement Specifications) into special machinery. |
|
There is a clear trend towards automations, and additionally beside of the successful standards even to customized system solutions for the special demands of our customers from all over the world. The export share is over 60%. High-precision marking, often combined with the European hygiene standards as it is often the case in the pharmaceutical supply industry, are the key tasks for the tampon printing at TAMPOPRINT AG.
The ALFALAS laser systems are a complement to the tampon printing and one cannot imagine the modern marking processes without them. Whether day and night design in the automotive or telecommunication industries, wood grain design or marking of spare parts. There are often machine lines which represent a symbiosis of both marking technologies.
The perishability of the modern industrial design and individually adapted workpieces require a just-in-time production with a low number of pieces and this will well accommodate the laser marking. |
|
We are a medium-sized, globally renowned high-tech company from the Stuttgart area, and for almost fifty years have provided a range of decorative and marking technologies offering unparalleled opportunities.
Since the invention of the industrial tampon printing process by owner Wilfried Philipp in 1968, the opportunities in the field of ‘tampon printing’ have been subject to constant development. New materials and the ALFALAS laser system technology in particular have also contributed to this.
The extensive range of standard tampon printing machines includes a wide range of models and options that allow us to tailor the machines and automated systems precisely to the needs of the customer.
The best trained employees, state-of-the-art production facilities and effective organisational structures are just the start of what we have to offer.
The DIN ISO 9001 certification requirements are fulfilled. |

Serie LOGICA is a range of machinery studied and realized to simplify the pad printing process.
Their technological contents, as the CN electric operation, make these machines versatile and useful for any needs.
Serie LOGICA is splitted in 2 lines dedicated to different exigencies:
HIGHSPEED LINE main characteristics are high working cycles on small/medium size objects and an easy setting to be transformed in a real pad printing plant.
With HIGHSPEED LINE, TOSH improves the pad printing application opportunity even on applications where pad printing was excluded by machines technical limits.
FLEXIBLE LINE, developed for multicolour print on medium/big size objects (till 10 in a single cycle), distinguish itself with a great operative flexibility that mix very fast production changes with high production cadences. |
