PPH 308 - Automatic bell spraying with rotating bell

| A closed loop current sensor consists of a Hall generator mounted in an air gap of a magnetic core, a coil wound around the core and a current amplifier.The current carrying conductor placed through the aperture of the sensor produces a magnetic field that is proportionate to the current. This field is concentrated by the core and sensed by the Hall generator. The Hall generator is connected to the input of the current amplifier, which drives the coil. The current through the coil produces an opposing field to that provided by the current through the aperture Thus the flux in the core is constantly driven to zero. The coil connects the output of the sensor. Therefore the output is a current proportional the aperture current multiplied by the number of turns on the coil. A sensor with a 1000 turn coil provides an output of 1mA per ampere. The current output is converted to a voltage by connecting a resistor to the output of the sensor and ground. The output of the sensor and ground. The output is scaled by selecting the resistor value. Closed loop sensors measure dc and ac currents and provide electrical isolation. They offer fast response, high linearity and low temperature drift. The current output of the closed loop sensor is relatively immune to electrical noise. They are the sensor of choice when high accuracy is essential. |

| The line of industrial current sensors offered by Sypris Test and Measurement covers a wide variety of features. Several of these sensors offer 4-20mA output levels, while some offer unidirectional voltage output. Many of these devices have clamping apertures, which means that they may be connected to existing cables, without having to break their circuit. Some of these devices only measure AC currents, while others measure various levels of AC and/or DC current, and provide a switched level detect output. Open loop current sensors measure DC and AC currents and provide electrical isolation between the circuit being measured and the output of the sensor. Typically, open loop sensors cost less than closed loop sensors. They are preferred in battery powered circuits due to their low operating power requirements. |

* Hermetically Sealed Type:
A Hermetically Sealed Type motor utilizes windings of standard construction and insulation thickness. The windings are encased and Hermetically Sealed within the external shell casing on the outside and an internal tube or liner inside the bore. The Hermetically Sealed enclosure eliminates the possibility of water leakage into the winding. The liquid medium circulates between the rotor and stator liner providing lubrication and cooling to the bearings.
* Wet Winding Type :
A Wet Winding Type motor is one in which the motor windings are in direct contact with a liquid medium. The medium is clean, clear water. A pressure balancing system prevents exchange of the motor liquid medium and well water due to thermal expansion and contraction when the motor is operating. The liquid medium fills the inside of the motor and surrounds both the stator windings and the rotor. A completely waterproof insulation is used on the magnet wire used for the stator windings. The liquid medium inside the motor air gap and coils acts as a heat transfer device by circulating through the windings and transferring heat to the external casing. Dissipation of this heat occurs as the well water flows at a required velocity over the external case. As is the case in all submersible type motors, the internal liquid medium is also used for bearing lubrication. |

The isolation flange is a combination of a full port isolation ball valve and a companion flange for circulators. The isolation flange allows easy service or replacement of the circulator without the need to drain the system.
