Pressure feed containers are used to allow the coating material to be prepared, thinned and conditioned, constantly agitated (if required) and then supplied in bulk to consistently maintain the correct spraying viscosity and pressure. The Binks range is equipped with easy to operate air regulators (to set the desired fluid outlet pressure) safety pressure relief valves and Manual, Rotary or Oscillating agitation types are available to provide the best quality agitation.

For all tasks requiring continuous application of substantial material / paint quantities at a steady pressure, SATA paint pressure tanks are the ideal solution. Different tank sizes, ranging from 2 to 100 iters, and variable pressure adjustment allow almost unlimited possibilities. Accessories dedicated to special tasks, such as manual, pneumatic or electric agitators are available.
Both low viscosity paints and high viscosity or abrasive materials can be applied swiftly and without problems with SATA paint pressure tanks. There are no moving parts and, therefore no wear and tear. All material-conveying parts can be supplied in stainless steel to special order. Work becomes especially profitable if the pressure tank size can be adapted to the original material container; reducing cleaning to a minimum as the original material container is simply inserted into the paint pressure tank.

General description :
Construction is similar to Scienceware® H50025-0000. The rear panel and cover can be easily detached and replaced without tools. Velcro® closures are used to attach the rear cover which overlaps the opening by 51mm (2") on all four sides. The integrity of the box and its atmosphere are preserved by a gasket on all four sides of the unit. Dimensions: 91cm (36") wide x 51cm (20") deep x 66cm (26") high. Rear panel opening 50cm (19 1/2") wide x 34cm (13 1/2") high.

For this new system suitable for the existing buckets, we managed to solve issues of leakage, security and cleanliness on the building sites. The whole system to avoid the risks of overflow and segregation is presented under the name TI concrete skip.
The pros of the TIC skip are the following:

- The cone, very high, enables any leakage from the gate to be directed into the discharge hose via the funnel.
- The small space between the cone and the gate prevents from suffering overflows.

The SBC VOL skip is the right skip when flowing a concrete with a low SLUMP (up to 5 cms)
The SBC VOL Geared Rollover Skip is designed for pouring mass concrete onto shutters and also large slab areas.
The patented innovative design offers excellent accessibility where handrails and scaffolding may present a problem. Gate operation is by means of a geared hand wheel which enables precise and accurate placing.
Capacities of 1200 litres and above are fitted with heavy duty reinforced bale arms.
The SBC VOL skip sits in the horizontal position on the ground for ease the filling and reverts to the vertical when in use.

The BETONET Compact is a skip washing station with a water recycling system. The new equipment meets the jobsites requirement in general environmental aspects and more especifically on the High Environmental Quality jobsites. The station enables to put safely the SECATOL concrete skip on a unique place (whatever model is being used), and to retreive and treat the sludge from the washing process. The PH treated and recycled water can be used for further cleaning whilst the sludge can be disposed of without pollution risks. Whether a site or a pre cast plant, washing skips are essential to ensure efficient use and durability, therefore the more use, the more they will require cleaning, thereby increasing consumption of water.
