Remote Control Valve:
Hayward's Pneumatically Actuated Diaphragm Valves are designed for the reliable, remote control of liquids in piping systems. They are suitable for both clean and slurry type fluids at pressures up to 150 PSI.
Position Indicator:
You never have to guess if a Hayward Diaphragm Valve is in the open or closed position. A visual position indicator comes standard with every valve.
Powerful Actuator:
The actuator used to operate the valve, while lightweight and compact, is still powerful enough to open and close the valve at all internal pressures up to the full rated pressure of the valve,150 PSI.
No Corrosion Problems:
Hayward's Diaphragm Valves stand up to the most aggressive fluids and they will never rust, corrode or contaminate the process fluid. Even the actuator housing is plastic and requires no failure prone coating or painting.
Modular Options:
Several modular design options are available. This concept is very cost effective because the actuator can be configured exactly for a specific application using only the options required. You never have to pay for options you do not need.

Additional to the manual iris diaphragms motorized versions are available. These have the advantage to drive the iris diaphragms remote controlled, for example in inaccessible places or in closed devices. The motorised iris diaphragms are compatible to the System Kit SYS 65, this means that they have an optical height of 32.5 mm. The motorisation is available in two different types, either with 2-phase step motor with preloaded gear or with DC servomotor with encoder and preloaded gear. The iris diaphragms have two reference/limit switches to indicate the end positions (iris diaphragm open or closed).
Totally closing iris diaphragms consit of two lamella sets with 2.8 mm distance.
- for use with SYS 65
- aperture 0 up to 35 mm
- black anodized aluminium alloy
- mountable onto slide
- contact-free and high-precision limit switches (Hall sensors)
- with 2-phase step motors with gear or DC servomotors with encoder and gear |

Diaphragm Cylinders
This 1-1/4" bore diaphragm cylinder is designed for a clamping application with minimal friction losses. Its short overall height allows the cylinder to fit into a tight space with minimal friction.
Stroke length: .12".
Output force will be approximately 15% less than theoretical when units are not extended full stroke.
Cylinders should not be operated without a part being clamped (extension should be limited by customer to maximize life). |
|
STANDARD ROLLING DIAPHRAGM AIR CYLINDERS
These cylinders provide virtually frictionless conversion of pneumatic pressure to linear force.
SMALL BORE DIAPHRAGM AIR CYLINDERS
Same friction free performance as our larger sized air cylinders.

We disign and manufacture membrane keypads and front membranes to meet your individual requirements - if necessary, integrated in supporting plates or pre-fitted on our enclosure.
Optimal quality can be achived for every use on the basis of copperlaminated supporting membranes or strip conductors applied using the silk-screen process.
Depending on your needs we can supply you with your own individual membrane keypad with fitted touch screens, displays and other electromechanical components.
Printing is by means of silk-screen or digital methods, according to the number of colours and the requirements in repect of visual design. Our membership of the specialist keypad association ansures that we are always ur-to-date with the latest technology, so we can always meet our customers' needs in the best possible way. The membrane keypad products which we market are components and are not subject to the ElektroG (the law relating to electrical and electronic equipment and applicances) or to the national laws or the WEEE/RoHS. Consequently we are under no obligation to register. |

The standard line of polyester keyboards features all the experience and know-how of GRAFOS. The efficiency of this kind of products, meeting the needs of having a complete and ready to use product, is guaranteed under hard demand. They are available in several models - 33 to 104 keys version- and are used above all for applications of Industrial Automation. There are different models for different applications: from frame to panel version, from desktop to drawer version and finally rack version. Membrane keyboards promise a pleasant palpation feeling with tactile feedback, security and precision during the data input, also by the use with gloves; the polyester front plate is resistant against numerous chemical active substances. In the side photo an example of 87 keys frame version of reduced dimensions and, as pointing option, a plastic trackball.

GGI International offers a complete set of solutions for the backlighting of User Interfaces Assemblies. GGI International has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in this field of activity combining top level backlighting specialists as well as the latest in software and tools available on today's market. Our experience includes complete modeling and simulation light gradient intensity and chromaticity including the dispersion within all assembly layers. This is only one of many reasons why GGI International's customers count on us to develop solutions for their front panel applications. No single light solution is perfect therefore it is critical to involve GGI as early on in the process as possible to ensure we come up with the best possible solution, on schedule and within budget. No option is off limit in our search for the perfect backlighting solution for a specific application.
GGI designs and manufactures backlighting solutions for:
- Membrane switch keypads
- LCD displays
- Displays bezels
- Military NVIS control panels
- Aircraft cockpit and cabin control panels
- Industrial and automotive control panels
Typical lighting options offered by GGI:
- Phosphorescent inks (mainly used for membrane switch keypads)
- Electroluminescent Lamps (GGI designs and manufactures its own long life EL Lamps)
- LEDs (GGI buys direct from the manufacturers)
- Optical Fibre
GGI also explores old and new solutions such as fluorescents, incandescent lamps and OLEDs in order to be able to better support our customers through the life cycle of the applications. |

The Trio membrane keypad is a single unit which brings together all the elements required for an effective man machine interface in one package. This minimises the time taken to mount and connect to other Trio Motion technology control system products.
The unit consists of an IP65 keypad featuring 37 tactile keys, eight of which can be defined by the user and identified by inserting key legends from the rear of the keypad. Incorporated into the units is a four line by twenty character, vacuum fluorescent display. Connection to the control system is via a fibre-optic cable to the Master Controller. The interfacing is handled by dedicated built-in network interface software. The only other connection necessary is for the power supply. |

User-friendly, flexible membrane switch keyboards that are long-lasting (>6 million actuations), reliable and cost-effective.
The Clicktouch process produces a thermoformed polyester foil with “elastic” spring zones enabling extended key travel. Circuit layers are printed on polyester substrates with special silver, carbon and insulation links, with additional protection against oxidation provided by over-printing with carbon.
Advantages over conventional membrane and metal dome based keyboards:
•Significantly reduced contact bounce (<2 ms)
•Long key travel (up to 2 mm) providing improved tactile feedback (even when operated by someone wearing gloves, a clear click can be sensed)
•No metal parts, resulting in a longer switch life and greater reliability.
Clicktouch retains essentially the same ergonomic performance as standard mechanical push buttons, but is also:
•Dust-tight
•Water-tight
•Chemically resistant |
