SPRAYMIUM is a paint gun combining ergonomics, reliability and performance of application. It is dedicated to companies wishing to improve their application process by facilitating the work of the operator.

SPRAYMIUM offers controls on the rear of the gun from where the operator can, with a single hand, choose from 3 pre-set electric settings and from there the flow management painting is done instantly. A pressure sensor integrated into the gun is used to know in real time pressure for a very precise adjustment of the spraying and perfect repeatability on a daily basis.

Rotary Atomizers
The production-proven, patented Nordson RA-20 and RA-20R rotary atomizers deliver painting efficiency and superior finishing quality and operating safety for a wide range of finishing applications. Strict environmental conditions in more and more countries restrict or prohibit the use of conventional high pressure paint guns. As a result, HVLP or RP spray guns are the technology of the future. Both technologies offer significant advantages. SATA HVLP spray guns are distinguished by high transfer efficiency that save large quantities of expensive paint material. SATA RP (reduced pressure) spray guns feature optimized high pressure. Their transfer efficiency is only slightly lower than SATA HVLP spray guns and they provide an easy change from conventional high-pressure spray guns to more efficient spray guns. They conform to VOC legislation as well as convey the "high pressure feeling" to the painter.
SATA HVLP spray guns are easily recognized by the green air cap ring and SATA RP spray guns by the blue ring. It doesn't matter which technology you choose. With SATA you can be assured you have a first class tool in your hand.
