PAINTING ROBOTS:
Six-axis EPX-series and PX-series “Expert Paint” robots are designed to optimize performance in industrial, automotive and aerospace coating and dispensing applications. They can be used for primer, base coat, finish coat, clear coat and spray dispensing, using water-based, solvent, powder, glaze, and glue/adhesive materials. Motoman paint robots feature a wide range of reaches (800 mm – 2900 mm) and payloads (3 kg – 20 kg). A variety of wrist types (standard, Lemma, 3-roll and hollow) are available, depending on the robot model and application.
Motoman EPX- and PX-series robots can efficiently coat intricate parts with recesses, curved surfaces, and picture frame-like shapes. Using a complex spray path, the robot can spray different areas of the part to various film thicknesses – without runs or sags.
Motoman offers a variety of fully integrated spray gun options for these different wrist types, including air spray, electrostatic and bell applications. As an option, Motoman offers a built-in (external axis) servo motor that can be used to drive gear pumps which are used for closed-loop fluid control).
All of the Motoman EPX-series and PX-series robots feature a Factory Mutual (FM) Class 1 Division 1 explosion-proof rating.

GR-530G
Ther robot is complete of carousel with two or three arms, ideal for the painting of chairs, with a middle production of 150 pieces/hour.
The carousel provides their positioning in the frontal part for the workmanship.
The programming is effected by direct self-learning.
The simple and economic solution of the carousel avoids to the customer the construction of expensive plants of transport and besides only one operator is enough for loading and unloading of the pieces.
Also when the production doesn't foresee great series of pieces, the robot with the carousel becomes an optimal solution.

The dispensing table-top robot TR300 designed and produced by mta automation ag is controlled by an industrial PC allowing the automation of dispensing operations for liquid or viscous products. The increasing demands of customers in term of quality, precision and repeatability lead to increasing levels of automation. However, when production batches are small or products widely dissimilar, the cost of sophisticated equipment can place automation beyond the reach of many would-be users. In order to satisfy this need, mta developed a table-top robot which combines flexibility with required high levels of process quality and repeatability, all at a reasonable cost.
The 3 or 4 axes can be fully programmed, as are the dispensing parameters for each dispensed point.
|
|
The development of robotics has led Matrasur Composites to widen its equipment offer, manual and automatic by integrating an internal Robotic Service in the company, completely dedicated to the design of robotic solutions.
The new generation of spray-up robots from MATRASUR Composites covers various stages of composite part production: gelcoat spray-up, resin spray-up, simultaneous spray-up of resin and fibreglass, and spray-up of demoulding agent.
Two programming technologies are available: Self learning (ROBOMAT series); the robot memorizes and reproduces the best operator’s movements endless number of times, or In-line programming based on a simulation software (ROBOSTRAT series).
|
|
The dispensing robotic cell RC500 designed and produced by mta automation ag is controlled by an industrial PC allowing the automation of dispensing operations for liquid or viscous products. This cell enables a wide range of micro-dispensing tasks to be carried out with the highest quality and repeatability.
The 3 or 4 axes can be fully programmed, as are the dispensing parameters for each dispensed point.
In order to avoid production interruptions during loading or unloading the components to be dispensed, a version with a two or four position rotary table is available.
Thanks to its modular concept, this cell can be easily integrated into existing lines or even pallet conveyors can be integrated into the cell.

Brokk 90 electrically driven and remote-controlled demolition machine packs many times the hitting power of a jackhammer in a unit small enough to go practically everywhere. Weighing less than 1 ton it has an impressive weight/power ratio and is a versatile machine for light to medium demolition work in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Equipped with concrete crusher, Brokk 90 demolishes without creating noise and pollution. Reach of arm 3.6 m, max. attachment weight 130 kg.
|
|
Our most wanted model is back in a new package, updated to a new high level to cope with even greater demands within the demolition industry. The Brokk 260 is a perfect all-round machine and the basic concept was developed in the mid 1970s. A powerful combination of reliable technology and continuous development are the basis of the precursor Brokk 250´s success around the world!
The Brokk 260 covers up the gap between Brokk 180 and Brokk 400 since it has great capacity and remarkable hitting power. The machine is however small enough to work in tight spaces!
The Brokk 260 is designed for different kind of demolition work in the construction industry but can be used equally well in the cement- and process industry. The machine is 1,8 ton lighter than the bigger Brokk 400 and enables strong attachments for example the Atlas Copco hydraulic breaker SB 302 and the Darda crusher CC520. The combination of light weight and the capacity to carry heavy tools makes the machine very efficient!
|
|
|
The Brokk 180 electrically driven, purpose-built demolition machine is operated by radio control. Although its weight is only 2 tons it works with hydraulic breakers in the 600 footpound class (410 joules of hitting power at the tip of the tool). In addition to breakers, Brokk 180 can be fitted with concrete crusher, bucket, scabbler, grapple and other attachments. It can also be equipped for work in hot environments like processing plants. Reach of arm up to 5 m, max. attachment weight 230 kg.
|
|
The smallest demolition robot in the Brokk family is Brokk 50. Originally introduced to strip down tiles in old bathrooms,
Brokk 50 is able to pass through 60 cm wide doorways and is therefore the perfect machine wherever narrow openings have to be considered. It can be transported in a standard passenger elevator or even climb up and down ordinary stairways.
The low weight of Brokk 50 enables it to be used in most normal buildings, even on weak floor structures. Its small dimensions also allow it to operate in very confined spaces, such as bathrooms of only 3 sq m floor area.
|
|
The Brokk 400 is the largest machine in the Brokk range and the most powerful demolition robot available on the market today.
As with all Brokk machines, the capacity in relation to size and weight is unsurpassed. The Brokk 400 weighs 4800kg without attachment and can handle tools of up to 600 kilo weight. Compare these figures with the weight of a conventional excavator equipped with the same type of breaker!
The difference is that a Brokk machine is designed and built specifically for demolition purposes, thus optimised for this particular kind of job. And it does it better than any other equipment available.
