Due to uniform, pulsation-free material transfer from tank to gun, a first class spray pattern and a high working speed is achieved. If necessary, pressure tanks can be fitted with air-powered or electric agitators in order to achieve high hue accuracy and a homogeneous surface finish. Pressure feed containers are used to allow the coating material to be prepared, thinned and conditioned, constantly agitated (if required) and then supplied in bulk to consistently maintain the correct spraying viscosity and pressure. The Binks range is equipped with easy to operate air regulators (to set the desired fluid outlet pressure) safety pressure relief valves and Manual, Rotary or Oscillating agitation types are available to provide the best quality agitation.

For all tasks requiring continuous application of substantial material / paint quantities at a steady pressure, SATA paint pressure tanks are the ideal solution. Different tank sizes, ranging from 2 to 100 iters, and variable pressure adjustment allow almost unlimited possibilities. Accessories dedicated to special tasks, such as manual, pneumatic or electric agitators are available.
Both low viscosity paints and high viscosity or abrasive materials can be applied swiftly and without problems with SATA paint pressure tanks. There are no moving parts and, therefore no wear and tear. All material-conveying parts can be supplied in stainless steel to special order. Work becomes especially profitable if the pressure tank size can be adapted to the original material container; reducing cleaning to a minimum as the original material container is simply inserted into the paint pressure tank.

Differents types:
Direct Drive Agitator - Air Powered direct drive agitator assembly with 1/2 hp air motor and a three bade propeller to keep materials in suspension even with high solids.
Indirect Air Motor Drive - Standard duty, smooth running with gear reducer, 1/2hp, 15:1 ratio, 20 to 120 RPM. Inc throttling valve, fittings and hoses for connection to air supply on tank lid. Air consumption is approx 6CFM @ 50RPM.
Reciprocating Air Motor Drive - 180° reciprocating action provides excellent agitation of all types of materials. Particularly important for waterborne shear sensitive materials. Very low air consumption

The InteliHeat flexible heating jacket for IBC's and totes is ATEX and IECEx certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Constructed with patented technology using carbon rich semi-conducting heating membranes, safe operating conditions are maintained even in the presence of potentially explosive gases.
Heating rates are similar or better than our standard "safe area" IBC2 high power flexible jackets, and temperatures up to typically 70C can be achieved due to the high density insulation layers incorporated as standard.
No transformers are required as the unit operates from standard 220/240v supply.
This unique product is highly cost effective for heating IBC's in any Zoned area, and can be moved from container to container or kept in place whilst the container itself is moved. Therefore the user can avoid using expensive and space constraining ovens, and minimise heat loss at point of use.
