A gripper with vacuum pads lifts rows of filled drums from the roller conveyor, moves them over the pallet and places them down according to the pallet arrangement scheme.

The GRS palletiser is a compact palletising system with a maximum capacity of 600 cycles/hour. It features a vertical sack lifting device, rotation head and an adjustable sack layer guide for precise overlapped or non overlapped sack placement and a perfect vertical pallet stack. The sack lifting system is integrated within the guarded palletiser boundary to save floor space and so that the system can be positioned almost immediately after the discharge point on the filling and closing line. The GRS palletiser can also be delivered as a semi automatic version without empty pallet magazine and roller conveyor. In this version the empty pallet is placed on the floor and the finished pallet removed by hand pallet truck.

The GR range of palletising systems combine the very best features of standard high level palletisers and robot arm systems in a single unit. This particular system has been especially developed for overlapped palletising of different sack dimensions. This leads up to more flexibility in determining sack dimensions in relation to the pallet dimensions. Also sacks with a small fill ratio and unstable sacks can be processed smoothly.
In contrast to normal robot palletising systems we also achieve through side and top pressure a very precise and secure finished pallet (capacity up to 1000 sacks per hour).

The palletizer PAL-AF 1000 is an automatic machine that is adapted to palletize tanks of variable weight from 30 Kg to 200 Kg with multiple grip of tanks. It takes more tanks for each pick-up according to the functional work system with fixed pallet.
The tanks pick-up is done by magnetic or mechanical pick-up head.
The rows palletizer PAL-AF 1000 has an automatic pallet magazine that takes and puts the pallet in the roller-chain in the palletizer zone.

The robot ROBY 1-PORTIQUE is adapted to palletize cartons, basket, sacks, shrink-wrapped bundles and tanks. It can take some packages in the same time with different pick-up system (sucker, pliers, magnetic, comb pliers for sacks) from different position and put them on different pallet with different layout.
The pick-up head rotates from 0 to 270 according to the layout that is planned.
The definition of the layout is done with the cartesian coordinates or if it is possible to control the approach speed. This last system is studied to render simple the programming.
