Our high level palletizers are basically designed to handle all types and sizes of bags, and change from one product to another is without any mechanical adjustment. Our palletizers is further very compact, have memory for 80 product programmes and has positioning, side- and top pressing facilities, which results in straightsided, stable and stackable industrial pallets regardsless how difficult the product is. Based on 15 years experience our palletizers are of the highest quality and therefore troublefree and with the lowest possible maintenance and spare part costs. We offers standard solutions, but also designs, builds and installs systems customzed in detail to the specific project requirement, also as turnkey supply including bagging systems, stretch wrapping or hood stretching machines.

The pallet loader can operate as a semi automatic unit, or it can be integrated into a fully automatic palletising system.

All cases, including heavy and bulky ones, can easily be stacked to heights of 2500 mm in order to fully utilise the capacity of lorries and containers.

The machine is available with either left or right-hand operation.
Simple and safe operation
The software is simple and self-explanatory, and is operated using a finger touch panel. When the stripper plate is filled, the operator steps onto a safety professional mat that deactivates the machine. The machine is supplied with safety screening.
Stainless steel for wet environments
The pallet loader and the rest of the product range are available in galvanised or stainless steel.
The machine can be ordered in special colours at a surcharge.

This range of pallet handler can process a very broad spectrum of products in all types of bagging.
The orientation of the bags is carried out on a case-by-case basis by a claw or an orientation cross.
The layers consist of row of bags on row of bags so that the shape of the bags is retained. Each layer is moulded and pressed so as to ensure the best possible geometry of the palette. |

The Smart 500 is an innovative palletiser based around simple robust mechanisms. It provides a suitable solution for the palletising of low density, high volume applications such as snacks, cereals and white goods.
The machine's compact footprint and exceptionally low installation height makes it ideal for palletising within restricted area spaces, and its top down stack creation means the finished pallet stack can be much higher than the Smart 500 itself. For loads over 500kg, the Smart 1000 is also available.
