The Pearson Model RPC-MX Robotic Palletizing Cell is the solution for your end-of-line palletizing needs. Each RPC-MX Robotic Palletizing Cell is custom designed for your project requirements and plant layout, but they all feature a multi-axis articulated arm robot, which provides the ultimate in flexibility and reliable operation. With fast, pre-programmed changeovers and customizable end-of-arm tooling, the RPC-MX can easily palletize a variety of different products and pallet patterns. The RPC-MX receives product from a conveyor system and picks & places the product on a pallet in a specified pack pattern. Bag palletizers are designed to stack bagged product onto pallets for storage and shipment. These machines are used widely by companies of all sizes who desire to minimize the risk of employee injury from repetitious manual stacking of bags or who wish to increase production without increasing labor costs. Chantland-MHS offers four fully automated and one semi-automated model to handle paper, poly and jute bags up to 110 lbs. each with production rates from 10 to 40 bags per minute.

In 2008 we have developed and supplied a new high capacity type PM 800-22 palletiser, capacity 2200 bags per hour. This type is new as to its high capacity, but is based on the same components as our other PM 800 type palletisers, only with one additional layer belt conveyor and additional position software optimization, so now we can supply a "new" high capacity palletiser with yearlong proven components and at a very competitive price. By configuring the in-feed differently, the capacity can be increased up to 4.000 bags per hour.

A modular designed palletiser which can be adapted for both semi or fully automatic operation. The loading height can be at high or low level to allow connection to any existing conveyors. Packs are collated to an infeed conveyor, row by row, before being transferred to the loading plate by a
