Series 500/1000/2000, average throughputs – bag palletizing of 200 to 2500 bags/hour
This range of palletizer can process a very broad spectrum of products in all types of bagging.
The orientation of the bags is carried out on a case-by-case basis by a claw or an orientation cross.
The layers consist of row of bags on row of bags so that the shape of the bags is retained. Each layer is moulded and pressed so as to ensure the best possible geometry of the palette.

Handles all types of bags: Kraft paper, polycarbonate, PVC coated, woven mesh, cotton and strata-pack.
- One to three bag infeed conveyor(s).
- Load building station(s).
- Full load discharge conveyor(s).
- Perimeter safety guarding.
- Automatic pallet dispenser.
- Control panel.

Bag palletizers are designed to stack bagged product onto pallets for storage and shipment. These machines are used widely by companies of all sizes who desire to minimize the risk of employee injury from repetitious manual stacking of bags or who wish to increase production without increasing labor costs. Chantland-MHS offers four fully automated and one semi-automated model to handle paper, poly and jute bags up to 110 lbs. each with production rates from 10 to 40 bags per minute.

BRICKPAL
HIGH LEVEL LAYER PALLETIZERS (HIGH IN-FEED) BY MEANS OF BAGS/BOXES SIDE PUSHING.
TMI is proud to have developed the high level, mobile platform BRICKPAL palletizer.
BRICKPAL is a palletizer with exceptional levels of finish and reliability, ideal for medium-volume production runs of up to 800 cycles per hour. Its design, construction and the smooth, balanced operation that guarantees the durability of all its components, are just some of the features that mark it out as a TMI palletizer.
Features:
-High-level layer palletizer with a motorised lifting platform for pallet formation.
-Modules specially designed for bag shaping and pallet stacking.
-Robotics-based positioning systems. Controlled movements and smooth operation.
-The counterweighted electric lifting mechanism, the motorised squaring plates, the sliding doors and the layer formation press system ensure even, squared bag stacking.
-Optional ATEX configuration.
Unique points:
-A single door in the pattern forming area.
-Synchronised motorised squaring plates.
-Special chassis for bag accumulation area.

Model G300: Bag palletization robot, cartesian gantry, low throughputs
This basic machine consists of a Cartesian loading frame equipped with a robotized gripping arm.
It stores the bags one by one into a fixed gauge directly on the palette.
In its basic version, the supply of empty palettes and the evacuation of full palettes is carried out manually with a palette truck.
This very economical machine is dedicated to bags that are easy to palletize.

The GRS palletiser is a compact palletising system with a maximum capacity of 600 cycles/hour. It features a vertical sack lifting device, rotation head and an adjustable sack layer guide for precise overlapped or non overlapped sack placement and a perfect vertical pallet stack. The sack lifting system is integrated within the guarded palletiser boundary to save floor space and so that the system can be positioned almost immediately after the discharge point on the filling and closing line. The GRS palletiser can also be delivered as a semi automatic version without empty pallet magazine and roller conveyor. In this version the empty pallet is placed on the floor and the finished pallet removed by hand pallet truck.

The GR range of palletising systems combine the very best features of standard high level palletisers and robot arm systems in a single unit. This particular system has been especially developed for overlapped palletising of different sack dimensions. This leads up to more flexibility in determining sack dimensions in relation to the pallet dimensions. Also sacks with a small fill ratio and unstable sacks can be processed smoothly.
In contrast to normal robot palletising systems we also achieve through side and top pressure a very precise and secure finished pallet (capacity up to 1000 sacks per hour).

Arodo utilize robot palletisers when:
- Sacks from more than one filling line have to be stacked simultaneously.
- On the same line also cartons, buckets etc. have to be stacked.
- Small sacks have to be placed inside boxes or crates.
