AUTOMATIC STRETCH WRAPPER AND PALLETIZER
- Penguin Automatic palletizer has been designed to arrange automatically a predetermined number of products in certain pattern and transfer them automatically to a pallet.
- Palletizers are manufactured in Left Hand & Right Hand models with stacking in single high or double high pallet loads of the products.
- Automatic stretch wrapping, PP Strapping, PLC with provision to interlink and to work in line with the palletizer are supplied to work in synchronization of the production of goods.

This the palletiser with the highest level of variability since it includes productions from 1,800 bags/hour to 3,000 bags/hour. The multiple applications which are available can be adapted to any individual need providing good load establishment and highly satisfied customers. The software supplied with the machines provides for the generation of production data and automatic format changes.

Mixed layer palletizing is supported by multi-zoned vacuum, clamp style or bag gripper engineered to meet customer requirements- RSC, HSC, bag, etc. Safety features include wire mesh fence, polycarbonate enclosure, and safety rated light curtains for pallet discharge openings.

BFB FLEX PALLETIZER
Automatic and extremely flexible palletizer suitable for handling American cases (RSC) or naked bundles, withdrawn by means of a four or six axes manipulator. Products can be fed from single or multiple lines.

Arodo utilize robot palletisers when:
- Sacks from more than one filling line have to be stacked simultaneously.
- On the same line also cartons, buckets etc. have to be stacked.
- Small sacks have to be placed inside boxes or crates.

ROBY 1-PORTIQUE
Automatic granty robot

The robot ROBY 1-PORTIQUE is adapted to palletize cartons, basket, sacks, shrink-wrapped bundles and tanks. It can take some packages in the same time with different pick-up system (sucker, pliers, magnetic, comb pliers for sacks) from different position and put them on different pallet with different layout.
The pick-up head rotates from 0 to 270° according to the layout that is planned.
The definition of the layout is done with the cartesian coordinates or if it is possible to control the approach speed. This last system is studied to render simple the programming.
ROBY 1-PORTIQUE can be complete with some optional, and so it become an automatic and performed machine.
The robot can work maximum with 1 pallet and the principal characteristic is: high productivity in little spaces!
