We are manufacturing different types of gantry type robot palletizers for bags and boxes, capacity from 100 - 400 units per hour. Our low level gantry robot type palletizers are basically designed to handle all types and sizes of bags and boxes, and change from one product to another is without any mechanical adjustment. Our palletizers is further very compact, have memory for 20 product programmes and has positioning and top pressing facilities, which results in straightsided, stable and stackable pallets regardsless how difficult the product is. Based on 15 years experience our palletizers are of the highest quality and therefore troublefree and with the lowest possible maintenance and spare part costs. We offers standard solutions, but also designs, builds and installs systems customzed in detail to the specific project requirement, also as turnkey supply including bagging machines, stretch wrapping or hood stretching machines.
Our product range is proven in a large number of applications worldwide. We offer the user the guarantee for a high degree of availability and an economical operation.
Our slogan is "If it is possible to make our palletizers better, then we do it ourselves".
We also supply palletizing and de-palletizing solutions based on standard robots. |

The palletising robot picks up items from a feed-in conveyor and places them on the pallet with great precision.
Plug and play
The robot is quick and easy to install in an existing production environment.
It is tested before delivery using your products and pallet patterns.
New pallet pattern in 30 seconds
If the pallet pattern isalready in the IPC, it takes no more than 30 seconds to switch to another programme.
New palletpatterns generated using optimisation software, such as CAPEPACK, can be transferred online or via diskette.
Safe to operate, simple and versatile
The machine requires minimal maintenance and is easy to access.
It is equipped with safety fencing that meets CE requirements.
Greater pallet capacity - Impoved freight economy
All types of cases, even heavy and bulky ones, can be stacked at heights up to 2700 mm in order to fully utilise the capacity of lorries and containers.
Stainless steel for wet environments
The robot can be supplied entirely or partially in stainless steel.
The robot has powder coated finish in RAL 2002 and RAL 9005 colours as standard. Special colours are available for at a surcharge |

palletising robot for all branches of trade
Through innovative robot solutions palletising-robot system PARO , our customers are furnished with modular systems especially qualified for operational tasks in the domain of packaging. The short amortisation periods of under a year are especially convincing in this context.
Automation is the key to higher productivity!
In this sense, the technique has to be simple, the components have to be durable and the operation has to be functional.
Just that is our principle.
Under these preconditions, the PARO palletising robot was developed from the first screw to the last software bit on the premises of roTeg.
The gripping system is included!
The gripping tool is the "heart" of every robot. We palletise and depalletise almost every kind of package with a multitude of default grippers from vacuum grippers, clamp grippers and under-gripping systems to special grippers. |
