A large proportion of containers are empty during return transport, which wastes space and increases freight costs. The foldable container, a flexible storage box made from plastic, has been especially developed for long distances and a large number of return trips.
Large foldable containers have the strength required to meet the demands of any supply chain and to achieve ease of access for the end users. As the container can be folded and stacked inside another, it offers considerable cost and space savings. It is an alternative returnable solution to both the rigid containers and one-way cardboard/wooden pallet containers.

The boxes are manufactured as standard from frost-proof and foodstuff-proof HDPE and have a load-bearing capacity up to a maximum of 3500 kilos when stacked and a maximum of 1000 kg per box. No More Wired Mesh Boxes
must be used when the new foldable pallet boxes called Mega-Pack is introduced.
The Mega-Pack system allows extra heavy loads or high volume loads to be transported in a light-weight yet robust re-usable container. A solid foldable sleeve made of corrugated PP is fitted into the nesting pallet. A solid lid seals the container perfectly. Easy handling and a reduction in volume of up to 80% make good economic sense.

The new Cargo Fold 700 is completely folding. With this system, in case of transport and storage of empty containers, you shall earn 63% in volume: a stack of eight folded Cargo is the same height as three open ones.
Available in polypropylene or polyethylene, both very resilient and sturdy. No metal inserts at all, Cargo Fold is completely recyclable. Feet, runners, hinges and locking mechanism in black colour are immediately visible, and appear very nice with the grey or green walls and base. Every wall can be fitted with card for an immediate identification of the content and can be personalized with the company logo.
