Collapsible boxes are pallet boxes whose walls can be folded. This saves a great deal of space if the boxes are stacked empty or if they are returned. The boxes have the same features as ordinary pallet boxes. Various combinations of dimensions and heights are possible. Engels has the biggest range of large-volume collapsible boxes. These can be moved with a forklift truck or pallet truck.
The walls can be both closed and perforated. The boxes are manufactured as standard from frost-proof and foodstuff-proof HDPE and have a load-bearing capacity up to a maximum of 3500 kilos when stacked and a maximum of 1000 kg per box. The boxes can be equipped with many extras like lids, locks, hinges and even indelible imprints.

The Mega-Pack system allows extra heavy loads or high volume loads to be transported in a light-weight yet robust re-usable container. The new Cargo Fold 700 is completely folding. With this system, in case of transport and storage of empty containers, you shall earn 63% in volume: a stack of eight folded Cargo is the same height as three open ones.
Available in polypropylene or polyethylene, both very resilient and sturdy. No metal inserts at all, Cargo Fold is completely recyclable. Feet, runners, hinges and locking mechanism in black colour are immediately visible, and appear very nice with the grey or green walls and base. Every wall can be fitted with card for an immediate identification of the content and can be personalized with the company logo.
