This function is not in any other method. One should insert manually needle vibrator in any other method of paving except slip-form method. In manual method it is not possible for man to get each and every portion of concrete cannot be achieve.
-Toeing arrangement of UNISTEEL RCP 750 PAVER MACHINE is very easy to attach, simply fix bolts and it is ready for toeing. There is no need to take any part of paver away for fixing the toeing arrangement. In less time you can sift the paver from one end to another.

RP-195 10' (3.0m) Highway Class Rubber Track Asphalt Paver
The RP-195 is a powerful 10' (3.05m) wide rubber track asphalt paver designed to work in all types of subgrades and paving applications. Full counter-rotate ability and track flotation allow the RP-195 to maneuver and pave in tight areas without sacrificing tractive effort or pushing power. As with all Roadtec pavers, the RP-195 is equipped with a hydraulically-raised engine hood that allows excellent machine access.
SP-200 10' (3.0m) Highway Class Rubber Track Asphalt Spray Paver
The Spray Paver sprays tack and applies hot mix asphalt seconds later. Combining spraying and laydown produces a high-quality mat with a strong bond between layers. A spray bar just in front of the paver’s auger distributes the liquid through computer-controlled, self-cleaning valves. An onboard microprocessor precisely controls the rate of flow. Valves can also be controlled manually. Valves are arranged in sets of three, providing plenty of spray capacity so you can move fast. To cut down on refill stops, the SP-200 is equipped with a 2,100 gallon tack tank, the largest tank available on the market today.

The RP-190 is a powerful 10' (3.0m) rubber-tired paver that features dual operator stations, a direct hydrostatic drive, a standard fume extraction system, hydraulically raisable and tilted augers, feed control, wider conveyers with alloy steel floor plates and either mechanical or sonic automatic grade and slope control. The S850 is available in four track, four track QUADRA or two track configurations. Investment in new paving technology has never been more compelling.
The S850 Paver is an extremely narrow profile machine. Measurement from the edge of pavement to the widest point on the machine is only 29¾" (755mm), excluding sensor support arms. Only 24" (610mm) of track line is provided for the crawlers.
