The patent-pending ZL30301/2 ToP family is built on a processing engine and software solution that encodes and transmits a master clock over existing Ethernet, IP and MPLS networks, and recovers the clock at client nodes.
With Zarlink's ToP devices, Carriers can lower operating costs by migrating to a truly converged network supporting time-critical services, including voice, video and data services. In some applications, ToP technology replaces GPS receivers and T1/E1 connections that are traditionally required to ensure accurate synchronization.

The series e-light² EL100U2 are 8 port unmanaged Industrial Ethernet layer 2 switches with auto negotiation and auto MDI/MDIX.
The EL-100U2 series contains unmanaged 7/8 port switches for 10/100MBit/s optionally with up to eight RJ45-Ethernet-ports and up to three optical ports which work with POF, HCS, and multimode or singlemode fiber optics. Additional features are auto negotiation, MDX/MDIX and redundant power supply.
The ruggedness to electrical and magnetic interferences, the potential separation of transmitter and receiver as well as ranges up to 40km between two fiber optic systems are important performance features of the transmission with POF, HCS and multimode or singlemode fiber optics. LEDs and potential free contacts of a differential relay signalize defective states.

e-light2M is a 8 port switch that features ring function based on the Pathfinder Ring (P-Ring) with a recovery time of less than 300ms.

The SS-110 Slow Speed Switch is a complete system that has one adjustable set point for monitoring a single rotating shaft.

The combination of a coder with ends of the road in the same case increases the reliability and the safety of the machines, because of two independent checking circuits in the same case.
The coder integrated provided information uninterrupted of the movement in 5-30 VDC with a resolution from 100 to 5000 increments. The programmable ends of the road, the catch of origin are regulated freely with the position wished.
The adjustment of the ends of the road is very simple: the case is assembled on the machine, the machine is then led manually to its limiting position, the end of the road is positioned with a key of programming. This procedure is repeated for the other end of the road.
The case is well protects by its cap against dust or any external intervention; all the signals are cabled on a connector with the back of the case.
These cases can also be provided with potentiometers.
