The rotor is mounted on a drive shaft, which is located on a dual bearing hub. The bearing construction is ‘sealed for life’ and centrally absorbs the forces released in the pump. This results in quieter operation and a more durable pump and drive. The unique drive shaft has been designed to dramatically reduce the loading on the gearbox and motor.
The Dura series has an ultra-compact construction, which dramatically reduces required floor space by up to 70% in contrast to other comparable pumps.
The Dura range of pumps are easy to install, virtually maintenance free and special versions comply with ATEX standards.
A significant reduction in operating temperature leads to improved hose life when compared to an equivalent pump type.
Other features specific to this pump include the improved frame design and a one-size-fits-all slotted flange solution, incorporating ANSI; JIS & DIN 150 to connect the Verderflex Dura pump to the pumping station. The entire range incorporates a rapid change taper-lock flange, which is suitable for pressures of up to 12 Bar / 175 PSI*.

The neMESYS OEM tubing pump combines the approved peristaltic pump technology with the modular and extensible neMESYS drive and bus system from cetoni.
Because the only part of the pump in contact with the fluid being pumped is the interior of the tube, it is easy to sterilize and clean the inner surfaces of the pump. The use of a tube makes it a relatively low-cost maintenance item compared to other pump types. The neMESYS tubing pump also minimizes shear forces experienced by the fluid, which may help to keep colloids and slurry fluids from separating.

The Micro-Peristaltic Pump is a very small peristaltic pump where the motor reduction gear and pumping mechanism are contained in a single case. The simple but clever pumping mechanism provides a gentle pumping action, giving long tube life and minimizing damage to organic materials contained in the fluid. No return valve is necessary under appropriate conditions, and even solids of small size can be pumped. Very little noise is produced. The tubing is easily replaced and discharge rates of between 0.06-10ml/min are possible depending on the model. This pump is intended for fuel cells analysis and medical and bio-applications etc. Complete solutions and working systems incorporating this pump are also provided.

The Abaque pump operates on the peristaltic principle which was patented in 1925 by Mr. Horthaus of France. It is classified as positive displacement pump meaning that a fixed and known amount of fluid is discharged per revolution of the pump with flow independent of discharge head. The pump operates by compressing a specially designed elastomeric hose between a set of two or more shoes attached to a rotor and the internal wall of the pump case or housing. Fluid in the hose is forced from the inlet side of the pump toward the discharge by the squeezing or compressing motion of the shoes on the rotor of the pump as it rotates. This peristaltic action is in some ways similar in nature to that of the human digestive tract.

Hose Pumps manufactured by ProMinent are characterised by their simple functional principle and their compact, robust design. They are self-priming, without gaskets and valves.
The hose pumps of the DULCO®flex series for low, medium and high outputs with a large output range of 17 to 25,000 l/h and a large number of different hose materials are suitable for almost all metering and delivery tasks in industry and laboratories. While the pumps for low pressures up to 8 bar are equipped with roller technology, pressing shoes are used for higher pressures up to 15 bar.
Because of their design, the hose is the only wearing part which, however, can be quickly and easily replaced.

Our peristaltic pumps are regenerative dosing pumps that can be used for the transportation of fluids. They can even handle paste-like or aggressive fluids. Extremely small fluid quanitites can be dosed exactly. As the transported fluid only enters into contact with the tube being used, the pumps work sterilely, are corrosion-free and their cleansing is easy.
