| LPP peristaltic hose pump is a new innovation in the world of peristaltic pumps. It is capable of handling the heaviest, most abrasive and aggressive slurries in mining and process industries as well as high viscosity fluids in hygienic and foodstuff applications. The completely new operating principle and the advanced adjustment mechanism give LPP extremely long hose life. The clever operating principle also allows LPP to operate continuously at high speeds and flows without overheating. The unique hose fixing system with reliable flanges at both ends of the hose enables secure and fast replacement of the hose. LPP can be easily installed in-line, because of its smart construction. The high flow capacity LPP makes a smaller pump size possible and the pump requires less space compared to the conventional peristaltic pumps. LPP saves energy and produces economic value in production and cost efficiency by reducing maintenance and upkeep costs. The Verderlab series of pumps comprises of the Verderlab peristaltic tube pumps, an extensive range of laboratory and pilot plant peristaltic tube pumps, providing numerous applications for laboratory and dosing applications.
Verderlab drives:
All Verderlab tube pumps can be equipped with Verderlab drives. These drives are specially constructed for continuous duty. Because of their compact construction, the pumps unit take up very little space and can be bolted onto a worktop surface. The top quality housings are constructed in stainless steel, and are therefore also suitable for use in corrosive environments. The pump units can be cleaned easily and hygienically. The protection class of the housings is IP 42 - the drives of the VF 1000 series cover higher protection classes.

The Micro-Peristaltic Pump is a very small peristaltic
pump where the motor reduction gear and pumping mechanism are contained in a
single case. The simple but clever pumping mechanism provides a gentle
pumping action, giving long tube life and minimizing damage to organic
materials contained in the fluid. No return valve is necessary under
appropriate conditions, and even solids of small size can be pumped. Very
little noise is produced. The tubing is easily replaced and discharge rates
of between 0.06-10ml/min are possible depending on the model. This pump is
intended for fuel cells analysis and medical and bio-applications etc.
Complete solutions and working systems incorporating this pump are also
provided. |
