The Maxell's LR battery is a compact, light and economical alkaline battery having a nominal voltage of 1.5V. The LR battery is less expensive than silver oxide batteries and usable with a wide variety of equipment, ranging from electronic calculators to electric toys. Based on many years of experience and know-how in the field of silver oxide batteries, the LR battery boasts high quality and high reliability.
Excellent cost-performance
Unlike silver oxide batteries that use the precious metal, silver, the alkaline battery features good cost-performance because it uses low-cost manganese dioxide as its active material.

Therefore, Maxell does not supply these batteries for replacement directly to users of equipment with these batteries. The button-type titanium carbon lithium ion rechargeable battery is a small rechargeable battery developed as a backup power source for real-time clocks and SRAM like digital cameras and mobile phones. It provides fully 10 times the capacity of a capacitor of the same size.
Approx. 1.5V operating voltage
The operating voltage is about 1 to 1.5V the same as the SR, LR battery.

The DCP2 can be applied as a battery charger or a stabilised network component as a universal DC voltage supply. Battery chargers offer the possibility of parallel operation.

The intermediate battery charger range: Chargetec C300 and C400 series
The Chargetec C300 and C400 series of battery trip units provide a more comprehensive array of functions and alarms than those offered in the Economy range. This includes a microprocessor based, temperature compensated, and current limited charger with a wider range of alarms, including high volts, low volts, AC mains fail, and low battery voltage cut-off via the battery isolation MCB. The battery load test facility is now automatic. The standing load capability is increased over the economy trip unit to150watts. The metering is also increased over the economy trip unit to include a voltmeter, a charge / discharge ammeter and LED’s to indicate the alarm condition.

There’s a choice of fixing styles including screw and flange panel fixing, PCB and base mounting versions.
