VIRSENSORS is Dalmatic range of photocells for primarly the industrial door industry.The sensors come in a standard version RA/TA, a self-contain RS/TS and a safety edge self-contain RSS/TSS.
SMALL DIMENTIONS AND EXTENSIVE REACH
The combination of extremely small sensors dimensions of Ø10 L30mm and a reach of up to 25 m (TA/RA) & 12 m (TS/RS), facillitates that the sensors can be built into any machine even in locations with very poor accessibility.
INTENSITIVE TO DIRT AND DUST
A dirty/dusty environment is not normally associated with the use of photo cells. Only Ø5 mm of the sensor's Ø10 mm surface forms the light sensitive part. This lins free design creates a light sensitivity, whitch results in surface build dirt/dust being easily penetrated.
SETTING AND VIBRATIONS
In connection with installation and operation on machinery with servere vibration and over long distances the usage of optical sensors is often connected with major setting and operation difficulties. The sensor series TA10 / RA10 (to be used with controller CA-S or CA-D) and TS10 / RS10 (self-contain design) is fully sealed in order to ensure tightness (IP67) and prevent operations errors due to vibrations.
The optical design ensures controlled opening angles and thus a simplification of sensor setting even over long distances.

EX-30 series: Threaded miniature photoelectric sensors
The EX-30 series has a radically new form developed in response to the many calls for sensors that are easier to install. This new form which fits into the mounting holes for the new M4 thru-beam type and M6 reflective type of sensors with their standard fibre sizes represents an improvement in previous design and installation techniques, so that these new sensors can be incorporated into the production line as is.

The SAFAN R-Brake is Safan's latest bending cell with 100 Ton compressional force and a bending length of 3100 mm. The robot arm has a capacity of 50 kilo. The arm can be moved horizontally on a 6 m. track in front of the machine.
The SAFAN R-Brake is very compact and the machine can also be operated manually. The machine is as standard equipped with a zero table but optionally the basic model can be equipped with a vision system for the zero positioning of the sheet.
For the off-line programming Safan is offering the RoboWave programming software which enables the user to make programmes for the bending cell and make an accurate simulation. The setup times are reduced using this software. Most important is the man machine interface.

RoboCell offers mid-level automation, combining an LVD PPEB or Easy-Form® Series CNC press brake with a multi-axis Kuka robot to efficiently handle small to medium-sized components in capacities from 80 to 110 tonne bending force and 2.5 or 3.0 meter table configurations.
RoboCell increases machine throughput by automatically loading, forming and stacking finished parts in an unmanned process, providing high-precision parts, shorter cycle times and lower production costs.
All functions of the RoboCell robot and press brake are controlled through instructions from an integrated off-line programming software solution, resulting in repeatable, high-quality formed parts produced in a non-stop process.
RoboCell may be integrated with an LVD Easy-Form® press brake. In addition to the robot and press brake, RoboCell includes hardware for all part handling requirements in the automated bending process.
RoboCell is equipped with LVD’s CADMAN® Touch intuitive touch screen control system to simplify operation. Robot programs, simulation and gripper configurations are efficiently calculated offline by LVD’s CADMAN B – 3D programming software and the Kuka Sim software to ensure consistent production of accurate, high quality parts.
RoboCell can function as a fully automated system or the press brake can be operated manually via the CADMAN® Touch control. The system features a full 2.0 m of space between the robot and the press brake, and the press brake is maintained at its normal working height, facilitating standalone operation.

CELLROLL is a modular instrument for cell cultivation in roller bottles allowing fine tuning of rotation speed. The modular design makes a flexible production scale-up possible: depending on the needs, one motor unit can control up to eight bottle racks, each rack accommodating two standard roller bottles.
CELLSPIN is a moisture-resistant stirrer for cell cultivation in spinner bottles with volumes from 100 to 1000 ml. It offers a wide range of stirring options that can be individually programmed at any time for accurate optimisation and control of culture conditions. The spinner flasks - available in the four sizes 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml - improve the performance of your cells thanks to their "cell-friendly" design.
The CELLROLL and CELLSPIN systems are based on a modular assembly concept that allows configuring and combining the two instruments. One control unit operates two CELLROLL drive units or two CELLSPIN stirring platforms or a combination of one instrument each. The programmable control unit is located outside of the incubator. In case of power failure or accidental disconnection of control and motor unit an alarm system is activated.

The dispensing robotic cell RC500 designed and produced by mta automation ag is controlled by an industrial PC allowing the automation of dispensing operations for liquid or viscous products. This cell enables a wide range of micro-dispensing tasks to be carried out with the highest quality and repeatability.
