In assembly and handling technology, object verification systems are an integral part in assembly monitoring. The 100% testing of shape or position before, during or after the individual assembly steps prevents complex and cost-intensive re-working or reject of material or workpieces. With a size of only 42 x 42 x 43.5 mm the efector dualis contour sensor takes us to a new dimension and can solve applications where mounting space is at a premium. Furthermore, the industrially compatible mounting and wiring technology enables easy and time-saving integration into the system.
The operating software
Functionality and processing power are integrated in the efector dualis contour sensor enabling various options. For communication and parameter setting a USB adapter cable is used for the connection to the PC/laptop and with the operating software "efector dualis Control Panel" settings can be made and stored in the sensor. This professional software is menu-guided and is distinguished by its ease of use and user-friendliness. A new contour is set in the sensor in just 6 operating steps – easy to use.

Color is one of the last qualities still being checked by human eyes in most applications. Color sensors such as the CS24D are changing this. Electronic color sensors are increasingly being used in automated applications to reduce automation errors and improve quality at production line speeds.
Delta's color sensors and sorters are based on our patented pulsed LED technology and offer the benefits of rugged, long-life, solid-state lighting with a wide range of colors from blue to near-infrared.
While most color sensors use a single white LED and filtered detectors, Delta's color sensors are different. They use multiple ultra-high intensity LEDs for smooth, bright lighting and unfiltered large-area precision photodiodes for better signal-to-noise ratio. And the resulting large sensing areas provide superior performance on textured materials.
Be confident the color you want is traveling down your production line. Delta's color sensors provide superior performance in a wide variety of applications, even with textured and other difficult materials.

Low noise and wide bandwidth transimpedance preamplifier (10kHz to 1 GHz, in dependence on detector capacitance). The devices enforces DC bias that is required for optimized operation of a given type of infrared detector. Integrated with detectors packages are available.
Applications:
- Quantum cascade laser detection
- Laser technology
- Fast laser pulse measurement
- Telemetry
- Sighting systems
- Free space optics (l=10µm, transfer Gb/s)
The detector is followed by the high performance preamplifier specially designed to obtain the best performance from the VIGO System's detector. Each preamplifier is carefully optimized to work with particular type of detector. The preamplifier ensures stable work in all conditions and the highest signal to noise ratio of the whole system.

The BK MIKRO scanner mounts near your tool.
It is the only tool contact sensor that actually "learns" the position of your tool through its unique encoder system and stores this location in its memory. The scanner quickly rotates its scanning wand on every cycle of your machine, checking for tool presence.

The TapTone 4000-DSC - Dual Sensor Compression (DSC) system is designed to inspect a wide variety of flexible containers for micro leaks. The design incorporates our patented dual sensor technology and high speed compression belts for improved accuracy and container handling. The system was designed for harsh, wet environments, like those found in the dairy industry. When combined with the optional X-ray sensor, the system can also perform fill level inspection.
X-ray Technology - measures the product fill level in steel, aluminum, glass, plastic and paper containers. An X-ray tube is used to produce a low-energy X-ray beam. The X-ray beam penetrates the side of the container in the area of the fill level. An X-ray detector is positioned on the opposite side of the container to measure the intensity of the beam after it goes through the container. The intensity of the beam is then compared to acceptable energy levels to determine the relative fill level of each container. The X-ray sensor is used to measure both overfilled and under filled products in all types of containers.

Minisonic ISD detects the changes of products in a pipeline by measuring the speed of sound. The speed of sound is a precise specification of the product and has a correlation to density or concentration.
Minisonic ISD is also a detector of the passage of pigs and spheres in a pipeline by the analysis of the acoustic signal.
The measurement of the speed of sound depends on the temperature and pressure conditions, so it is necessary to use a numeric corrector to obtain the real measurements.
The Minisonic ISD is available in a standard or explosion proof model.

The Series 4000 Capacitec® amplifiers and racks were designed to offer the best signal to noise ratio and wide band width response options in a simple modular package. The 4000 Series was built upon our 20 year proven foundation of 3000 Series amplifiers (3101-SP, 3200, 3201-SP) still in operation. Utilization of individual pins in a 32 pin DIN connector increases reliability for more industrial applications where vibrations are present. The small Euro-style 2U size boards have appeal for small portable packaging as well as high (but lightweight) density applications. When coupled with Capacitec® non-contact displacement probes, they produce a linear output voltage proportional to the gap spacing between the probe and a ground plane. The systems are designed to produce stable and reliable operation with excellent gain and zero shift stability with respect to changes in ambient temperature. Stability is achieved with a digitally derived sine-wave oscillator, having a crystal clock as the frequency reference.
