The MLX90255BC linear detector array consists of a 128 x 1 array of manufacturer of photodiodes, associated charge amplifier circuitry and a pixel data-hold function that provides simultaneous-integration start and stop times for all pixels. The pixels measure 200µm (H) by 66 µm (W). Operation is simplified by internal control logic that requires only a serial-input (SI) signal and a clock. The sensor consists of 128 photodiodes arranged in a linear array. Light energy falling on a photodiode generates photocurrent, which is integrated by the active integration circuitry associated with that pixel. During the integration period, a sampling capacitor connects to the output of the integrator through an analog switch. The amount of charge accumulated at each pixel is directly proportional to the light intensity and the integration time. The output and reset of the integrators is controlled by a 132-bit shift register and reset logic. An output cycle is initiated by clocking in a logic 1 on SI. This causes all 132 sampling capacitors to be disconnected from their respective integrators and starts an integrator reset period.

The detection from NPB series can be used on industrial sites without any maintenance since they are inlaid into sturdy metallic housings.
Then they can be used for many applications such as: automatic machines, vibrating bowls, full stroke detection, rotation control of a slit disc…
The narrow beam of NPB sensors makes it possible for them to detect small pieces as well as slits and holes.
Finally, the installation of the sensors is very easy and fast since it does not require any optical alignment. |

The optical forks bring an answer to all your applications where simplicity and precision are of rigor!
In addition to a version integrating the tested technology of visible red light, of the angular forks and the Industrial laser forks are also available, allowing to satisfy your most demanding applications.
If the time-savings and of material (single support of assembly) are an uncontested asset of this new family, its performances are not less. Metal cases IP67 are equipped with a M8 interconnection 3 poles and an integrated professional amplifier.
The assembly of several forks face against face can be carried out without any mutual disturbance.
The frequency of operation can reach 10 Khz according to the version. The sensitivity is adjustable.
Ideal solution in environments where the processes are fast, the forks are ideally used for applications of control of positioning of band in run, of detection of reference mark on transparent film, just as for the control in advance of tools. Thanks to a collimated optics, the Laser version authorizes the target detection of 0,05 Misters. |

Optical D.O. measurement based on dye luminescence is strongly promoted in these days. The manufacturers of such instruments claim far superior performance compared to conventional electrochemical transducers. In theory, the functional principle of the optical D.O. measurement confirms this superiority. However, practical realisation and application does set certain limits and, as usual, further technical development is needed to bring theory and practice to accordance.
WTW's FDO 700 IQ D.O. sensor belongs to a new generation of these detection that eliminate the drawbacks of the former ones. Its most remarkable features are:
- High accuracy right from the start
- Utmost stability over a long timespan
- Minimum professional maintenance effort
This is achieved by entirely new technologies:
- Intelligent Membrane with IQMC technology
- Soft Green Professional light Technology
- (C2) calibrated professional optics
- EPRS reference procedure
