BORALIGN® can answer your questions...
- Are the bores in line?
- Are the bores aligned to a shaft rotation axis? (e.g. boring machine)
- The offset and slope of the bore?
- The position of the bores relative to "guage points"?
BORALIGN® simplifies the task:
- True bore centre measurement - not just the straightness of bore sole.
- Saves time - Corrections can be performed simultaneously as measurement takes place.
- On-line Move function - for correction of individual points or alignment of housing to bore machines.
- Traceability - ISO9000 quality documentation of measurements can be printed to any office printer.
- Ease of set-up - lightweight components and laser technology makes equipment set-up simple. |

Ranger Multiscan - Several feature images from one camera!
With Ranger in MultiScan mode you are able to acquire 3D shape, and intensity data such as gray scale, gloss, laser scatter and other important data simultaneously from one single camera.
All feature images are captured simultaneously when the object passes the camera in a line scan mode. The images are transferred to your PC via CameraLink or Gigabit Ethernet for easy system integration. The speed and performance is extremely high thanks to SICK IVP’s unique and patented sensor technology. MultiScan is the solution for any in line inspection task where 2D or 3D alone does not solve the problem.
You have to see the defect to detect it!
