The HYPER RAPID is specially designed for industrial micromachining applications that require high throughput and cost effi ciency, like in the semicon and photovoltaic industry. Other applications include large area surface treatment, material research, nonlinear optics like UV generation and OPG pumping, and ranging.

The SUPER RAPID is an amplified version of the RAPID. It consist of a sealed, compact laser head and a power supply; it only requires an ordinary mains connection.
The internal cooling system makes it independent from environmental conditions.
The included intuitive software controls all laser functions via internal industrial PC; an optional DLL allows to control the laser via external net work.
The laser output consist of 10 ps-pulses at 1064 nm with excellent beam quality (M²<1.3) for ideal focussing.
The pulse energy varies with pulse repetition rate (200 µJ @ 0-10 kHz up to 20 µJ @ 500 kHz, 10 W).
The ps-pulses (or programmed pulse sequences) can be triggered internally, externally on demand or externally gated with an internally set repetition rate.

The RAPID series of picosecond lasers are designed for industrial microprocessing; they offer a new level of precision and versatility.
The RAPID series - integrated into a work station - can ablate (micromill) any material without thermal side effects, without force onto the work piece and with high precision (µm-range lateral, about 10 nm depth control).

The laser output consist of 10 ps-pulses at 1064 nm with excellent beam quality (M²<1.2) for ideal focussing.
The pulse energy varies with pulse repetition rate (30 µJ @ 0-10 kHz up to 4 µJ @ 500 kHz, 2 W).
