Versilic®Tubing
60 shore Versilic® tubing is biologically inert and does not inhibit cell culture. It stays flexible down to -50°C and maintains its chemical, mechanical and electrical performance up to +200°C. It meets European Pharmacopoeia (3rd Edition) chemical tests requirements, USP XXIII Class VI biological tests and ISO 10993 biocompatibility (General toxicology-irritation & sensitization-cytotoxicity-homocompatibility). It meets FDA and BgVV positive lists as well as food grade tests according to EC directives. This silicon tubing is a non-invasive medical device tube. It may be used for blood contact with up to 29 days.

Tygoprene® Tubing
Alternative to silicones and PVC when longer pump tubing life on peristaltic pump is required Tygoprene® XL-60 offers an outstanding flexibility, a resistance to ozone, oxygen and ageing.
Translucent to ease visual inspection, it offers also excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of fluids, including acids and bases. As Tygoprene® has low extractables, it is an ideal choice for dosing and transfer ink, detergents and food products.
In house testing also indicates a UL 94-HB flammability rating.

Viking, Saracen & Saxon layflat hoses
Viking fire hoses are chosen by fire fighting professionals throughout the world for their quality, performance and reliability. It is constructed with an all synthetic woven textile reinforcement encased in a blend of high tensile PVC/Nitrile rubber which forms a unified lining and cover. The outer ribbing provides excellent abrasion resistance. Viking fire hose is independently tested to BS 6391 :Type 3 1983 by RAPA Technologies.
Saracen fire hoses are for use where fire fighting is less frequent or intensive. Saracen offers an affordable alternative to Viking without any performance penalty. Ny-Shield Tubing is black 95 Durometer Polyurethane Tubing with a flame retardant outer jacket to protect the tubing from sparks associated with welding. In addition, the outer jacket also resists oils, grease, Ultra-Violet Light, heat deterioration and many chemicals. Since the outer jacket does not stick to the inner tube, it can be easily peeled back so that push-in, compression or barbed fittings can be installed. Ny-Shield is available in a choice of black, red, yellow or blue outer jackets and can also be coiled into Precision Coils and Self-Storing Air Hoses.

SAT tubing is produced with specially designed exstruders and extrusion process in clean-room, we use only PFA and FEP UHP certificated, SAT is certified ISO 9001, during the exstrusion we have the costant control of the OD and ID by electronic laser and a sy for the discharge of the electrostatic charge, all the components of the exstruder are manufactured with special materials that don't release impurity. Tubing cleanliness is maintained during and after extrusion including continue nitrogen purge, immediate capping and packaging in heat-sealed double polyethylene bags. The tubing coils are stocked in clean-room.

The Series HL foodstuffs hose is another innovation and stands out because of its compact build. The heating element is wound onto the inner liner of the NBR hose and is thus vulcanised in the inner core. Properties:
LUNARFLEX® is designed as a double pipe. In small dimensions, the medium pipes are made of soft copper but helically corrugated special steel is used for the larger dimensions.
The heat insulation consists of a flexible, UV-resistant, CFC-free EPDM foam with excellent thermal insulation properties. The outer casing consists of a UV-resistant filament reinforced with special steel wire (to protect against pecking by birds).
