The “ASL Series” is available in a variety of drive ratios and will have both Single and Double Air Drive designs that are capable of up to 60,000 psi (4135 bar). Manual “Hand-operated” options will be made available in our “ACHL Series” pump line. Our AHL Double-Acting, Double Air-Drive Series pumps are designed for those that are looking for the combination of both high flow and high pressure.

Swing Piston Compressors and Vacuum Pumps for Air
Swing piston compressors produce oil-free compressed air and vacuum. They will evacuate, transfer and compress air without contamination. The KNF swing piston system offers a higher flow rate for a given size than the corresponding diaphragm pumps.

GPD and SPD Pneumatic Pumps provide a compact, variable speed, air powered drive for Q and RH pumps. Compressed air has proven to be an ideal power alternative when an electrical hook up is not readily available. Stroke rate is easily varied by regulating the air flow to the drive.

Stroke Adjuster is made more compact and adjustment is simplified with an internally threaded design. The positive locking device to hold stroke length is readily accessible and easy to operate.
The Pneumatic Piston and Fluid Plunger Assembly is guided at both ends on TFE composite bearings ensuring concentric movement of the plunger though the seals.
The clearance between the return spring and plunger has been optimized to eliminate any possible contact.
A true double sealing arrangement is used so that secondary seal containment is provided.
Lubrication has been simplified with the use of synthetic grease. The lubrication chamber is filled once over the life of the seals.
The bleeder is equipped with a barbed fitting for plastic tubing so that the fluid bled from the fluid chamber can be collected.
Both the discharge and suction check valves have tough TFE composite seats for long life and positive sealing.
Threaded port after the secondary seal provides for the indication, collection or containment of any seal leakage.

Vacuum pumps are used in a variety of applications from manufacturing processes to medical devices. In general, a vacuum pump provides high quality, reliable performance and is a low maintenance piece of equipment. Vacuum pumps convert mechanical energy into pneumatic energy by evacuating the air contained within a system. They use the same pumping mechanism as air compressors except that the unit is installed so that the air is drawn from a closed volume and Exhausted to the atmosphere.
In a compressed air system the compressor inlet is usually at atmospheric pressure, whereas in a vacuum system, the outlet is at atmospheric pressure.
