HydraCell piston diaphragm pumps are very compact and low-maintenance. By their almost pulsationsfreie and run-calm mode of operation differ this poetryless pumps substantially from conventional pump systems.
The most promotion and dosing tasks are mastered by rotary pumps, multi-level centrifugal pumps, Exenterschneckenpumpen or diaphragm metering pumps only with a very small efficiency.
VERDER HydraCell pump does not only supply to you with an efficiency of over 80%, but is also a economical alternative to well-known reciprocating and rotary pump systems. The high efficiency our VERDER HydraCell pumps is the crucial factor for the small life cycle costs (LCC).

Positive constant displacement, rotary, three screw pump. Flow rate per revolution 9.8 - 307 cm3 in 14 steps.
The three screws, the central driven screw – the power rotor – which meshes with the two sealing screws – the idler rotors –are the only rotating components ot the pump. The axial pressure and friction loads on the pump rotors are hydraulically balanced. The power rotor is positioned axially by the selfcompensated thrust washer arrangement, being part of the hydraulic balancing system of the power rotor. The pump accommodates mechanical shaft seals complying with the DIN 24960 Standard.
