The direct drive pump operates in the same manner as a low-pressure "pressure washer" that you may have used to pressure wash a house or deck prior to repainting. It is a triplex pump that gets the movement of the three plungers directly from the electric motor. These pumps are gaining acceptance in the waterjet industry due to their simplicity. At the time of this writing, direct drive pumps can deliver a maximum continuous operating pressure 10 to 25% lower than intensifier pumps units (20k to 50k for direct drive, 40k to 60k for intensifiers).
Only Flow manufactures both HyPlexTM and intensifier pumps. As a result, we can offer you the pump solution that is best suited for your application. Whether you run 24 hour, 7 days a week production or prototype jobs only a few hours a day, we have the right pump for you. Best of all, no matter which style of pump you choose, you'll receive a Flow pump that is reliable, simple, efficient, and easy to maintain. The focus of all our designs is performance, reliability and longevity so that your productivity is increased.
Flow Pumps Operate At Higher Pressures
Flow intensifier pumps are rated at 60,000 psi and our systems actually run at that pressure. No backing off, no hedging. It's another big reason why Flow equipment out-produces all others. Flow manufacturers the most complete range of ultrahigh-pressure waterjet pumps in the industry. From 205 hp, 6.5 gpm diesel powered Husky pumps for surface preparation to 100,000 psi pumps used for ultrahigh-pressure food processing to intensifier and direct drive pumps for waterjet cutting, Flow has a pump to meet your needs. Flow is the only waterjet company to offer its customers a choice of intensifier or HyPlex(direct drive) waterjet cutting pump technology. The wide range of waterjet pumps Flow builds is your assurance that you and your application will be paired with a pump that is specifically tailored to meet your needs.
Our waterjet cutting pumps set the industry standard for performance and reliability that is proven in 24 hour, 365 day a year operations around the world. All Flow pumps are capable of smooth, continuous operation, year after year, at the pressure they are rated. This ensures you receive the maximum possible benefit of pump's capacity and the performance you have paid for. It's an important distinction to make, because a pump's performance is limited by the lowest pressure it reaches in a cycle. By operating smoothly with a minimum of pressure fluctuations at the highest rated pressure a Flow pump can outperform other pumps which are rated for high pressures, but don't necessarily operate there smoothly or continually.

Ideal for use in remote and/or mobile locations where electricity is scarce, the iP55-280DS is powered by a 280hp Cummins turbo diesel engine that meets Tier 3 emissions standards. It is capable of producing a flow rate of up to 4.1 gallons (15.5 liters) per minute of 55,000 psi (3,000 bar) ultra-high pressure water for waterjet cutting, surface preparation and cleaning applications.
The iP55-280DS utilizes a pressure-compensated hydraulic system to drive dual plunger-style intensifiers. The use of hydraulic fluid power provides smooth flowing UHP water resulting in long system life. Reliable and precise control of the electronically shifted intensifiers ensures superior performance standards with reduced operating costs. The pump is built on a skid-mounted frame with lifting eyes and forklift guides provided for increased mobility.

Bray Controls is proud to introduce the controller of state of the taps Brayline series 50, preceding the future methods of indication of position of the taps. The great experiment of Bray on the ground and a research and development intensives led to the development of general-purpose interruptory controllers of first order, intended for industrial automation. The controllers of series 50 send a signal of position of the actuator and tap to local and remote stations. The standard appliances 50-0400 have an aluminum castings case under pressure, waterproof (NEMA 4,4X). The cases of series 50-0700 are also out of aluminum castings under pressure, waterproof and explosion-proof (NEMA 4,4X, 7,9).
The apparatuses were designed in order to facilitate wiring and for a large variety of switches. The two series are characterized by internal parts of high-quality, the same robustness and same reliability.

TopGear MAG - Protecting your future
TopGear MAG is a range of leak-proof internal gear pumps for low and high viscous liquids which are corrosive, toxic, aggressive or expensive.
Total containment of the liquid inside the pump is achieved using a hermetically sealed can, which isolates the liquid from the surrounding environment. This eliminates the need for shaft seals and the associated wear and leakage that would normally be experienced. The Magnetic Drive pumps are therefore not only environmentally friendly – they also contribute to improved safety in chemical and process plant environments.
Complying amongst others with the “ATEX” (ATmospheres EXplosibles) directive, magnetic drive pumps make an important contribution to health and safety on process plants.
TopGear MAG provides environmental, human, legal and economical protection -
