Dynapac drew on its experience from the early days of modern cold planer construction to meet the latest requirements for the new Dynapac large planers. These machines are capable of removing asphalt and concrete across a profiling width of 2010/2100 mm at a maximum cutting depth of 320 mm. Hydrostatically driven by four steered track drives, practical standard equipment and a range of options combined to make your planer one of the most capable in the latest generation of cold planers.

The new Dynapac PL500T and PL500TD are powerful, highly manoeuvrable, hydraulically powered compact planer with hydraulically driven cutting drum. The three wheel drive unit (optional 4-wheel drive) has been developed for removing asphalt or concrete pavements, cutting around man hole covers and road maintenance jobs at a cutting depth of up to max 2000 mm and a working width of 500 mm.

POWERFUL WORK
•Powerful Engine
The 400kw (537hP) engine offers powerful cutting force. The working time and cost can be dramatically slashed. The engine complies to the EPA's tough emission regulations.
•Deep cut
The ER551F can cut up to 230mm (9") in one pass. When shaving off bumps, the working speed is max. 60m/min (197ft./min.)
•Transit Speed
The pneumatic tire mounted design and a 0-25km/h (0-15.5mile/h) transit speed eliminate the need of a trailer for transporting the machine from one job site to another, which means slashing local transportation cost.
SLASHING PERFORMANCE
•Flush-cut Along Curbs
The ER551F can flush-cut right up to the curb or other obstacles hanks to the 400mm(15.7") curb clearance and 105mm (4") side clearance on each side.
•Drum Shift System
The cutter drum can shift up to 450mm(17.7") to each side. The feature enables the ER551F to cut through the lane without shifting the entire machine to avoid manholes or other obstacles.
•Operating Control
A set of operating controles is located in 3 places, on the top of the poerator station, and to the right and left of the cutter drum. The operator can choose the most ideal position from which to work.
EASY TO OPERATE ACCS
•ACCS (Automatic Cutter Control System)
The ER551F is equipped with a computenzed ACCS. The operator is free from concentrating on machine operation and he can observe the entire job area and conditions.
•Auto Cutting Mode
The ER551F shall automatically perform its job along the guide line according to pre-set cutting orders. The manual override is allowed during Auto mode operation.

RX-400 Utility/Commercial Cold Planer
The RX-400 is a 4 ft. (1.20m) Cold Planer with a rear mounted drum, allowing you to start the cut directly in front of curbs, fences, walls or other obstructions. It's perfect for commercial work and completion of projects where a compact machine design is an advantage, such as shoulders and other narrow milling projects. The RX-400 features milling widths of 26", 36" and 48" (66, 90, 120cm) and a maximum cut depth of 12.5" (320mm).
RX-500 Half-Lane Cold Planer
The RX-500 is a 600 hp (447 kW) cold planer with sufficient conveyor swing (60° left or right) and turning radius to accomodate today's demanding urban milling conditions. The RX-500 is available in either the three-track or four-track version. The RX-500 can easily change between several narrow cutter widths and pattern choices to make this one of the most versatile machines in its class.
RX-700 Half-Lane Cold Planer
The RX-700 has a 700 hp (522 kW) engine and 14” (356 mm) cutting depth making it able to tackle numerous jobs. As with all current Roadtec cold planers the RX-700 is available with three or four tracks and a secondary conveyer that can be pivoted 60° left or right.
RX-900 Half-Lane and Full-Lane Cold Planer
The RX-900 is a 950 hp cold planer available with three or four track assemblies. This versatile machine allows contractors to cut up to 14" (355mm) deep with widths of 7' 2" (2.18m), 8' 2" (2.5m), 10' (3m), or 12' 6"(3.81m). The RX-900 offers contractors more versatility and productivity. A 42" (1.07 m) wide front load-out conveyor, with 60° swing to either side, provides ample loading capacity.

The model MAF45 is a high-precision milling-boring machine with a fixed column of compact and sturdy monolithic structure.
The machine structures are made of Italian Meehanite cast-iron and have been subject to a stress relieving treatment. The system utilizes modern electronical technologies so to ensure long lifetime, high reliability of the mechanical and electronical system and high accuracy features.
The MAF45 model has to be considered a universal machine due to its controlled axes, four of the linear and one of the rotary type, for the TG version. The capability of machining more or less complex workpieces reduces considerably the number of work setups and therefore the machine standstill.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to equip the machine with an automatic tool-changer and a pallet-changer. The wide range of special accessories increase the flexibility and versatility of the machine for all requirements of the customers. This makes the MAF45 machine ideal for every kind of operation.
