The combined machine is equipped with the most qualified technology that you can find on the market. It's in fact equipped with Fanuc CNC (used by the biggest producers of machines for working metal sheet) and with a hydraulic group H+L (VOITH) that guarantees high reliability and good performances.
The Plasma source, fit on the machine, can be chosen according to the customer's needs. Imac has gained a big experience in working both iron and stainless steel on different thicknesses. We've in fact fit all kind of generators from Hpertherm to Kilberg and Thermal Dynamic.

The TIPO B machines are designed to comply with the different requirements when automatically processing in one cycle large plates and medium/high thicknesses, ensuring high quality, precision, productivity and flexibility. These lines are flexible CNC centers capable of complying with the requirements of both traditional steel fabricators and all types of industry requiring flat components in steel for their particular needs. Besides punching and plasma cutting units, daisy wheel marking unit, drilling/milling head, automatic tool changer , oxy-cutting unit and automatic unloading devices are also available. The plate positioning is granted by two carriages with pincher assuring high precision even when heavy plates are processed.

The SML-F has been designed for the larger panel-builder producing floor-standing control panels which require quantities of round and square holes in proprietary, pre-painted enclosures. By using a foot pump, there is less operator fatigue and both hands are free to position the punch.
It uses standard SML 3-point industrial duty punches made from tool steel, hardened and ground. The design of the 3-point punch guarantees that the blank is easily removable from the die. Square and rectangular punches are machined from single blocks of high grade tool steel to give maximum strength and dimensional accuracy.
The foot pump has a smooth and powerful action. Pressure release is by means of a toe operated side lever to avoid bending down.
This is a 2-speed pump for rapid operation with automatic pressure limiting for safety.
An 11mm pilot hole is required for punches up to 26mm diameter. For hole sizes above this, a 20.5mm pilot hole is needed and this can be made using a standard 20.5mm punch and die.
The method of operation is exactly the same as for the SML-H.
A plastic carrying case is available as an optional extra.

The high-pressure system (400 bars) reduces production times and currently makes it possible to attain production rates of more than 1,000 operations per hour. Punching machines incorporate NC backmarking. The single-cut type shear (from 160 to 500 tons) prevents loss of metal and distortion. Blades do not need to be changed.

The target was to further optimize the Bihler GRM 80E punching and bending machine, adapt it to suit the market’s increased demands, and in doing so automatically offer the market even greater productivity, flexibility, profitability and tool compatibility with the preceding GRM 50, GRM 80 and GRM 80E models. The new GRM 80P now provides significantly more free space on the work plate as a result of the clear spatial separation of punching and bending operations. In this way, additional tool movements and Bihler key technologies can be integrated as component systems into the manufacturing concept to solve complex applications. The CNC controlled plate processing machines are able to punch, drill, tap, centre point, deburr and mark heavy steel plates automatically.
V250 Plate punching system
The V250 plate punching system is consists of a hydraulic triple punching machine and a X-Y table with hydraulic material clamping. A drilling unit, an automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as an additional extra. With the drilling unit, steel plates can be provided with holes, which cannot be punched, due to the material thickness restrictions.
V200 Plate drilling system
The V200 plate drilling system consists of a CNC-controlled vertical drilling unit and a X-Y table. With the V200, steel plates, pre-cut to a certain dimension, are automatically provided with holes and screw taps. The X-Y table has a double hydraulic material clamping system. Automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as an additional extra. With the deburring unit the drilled holes will be deburred automatically from the underside. |
