Optoelectronic safety curtains with visible light.
This innovative system is comprensive of a visible laser transmitter (650nm) and a receiver. The immaterial area created between Tx and Rx let the operator works in a safety environment.
Models:
Classic barrier with transmitter and receiver in two different columns.
Laser Barrier D with transmitter and receiver integrated in one column
and one column with mirrors.
Perimetral protection barrier system with deflection mirrors columns.
Advantages of our barriers:
- Thanks to the visible light they are very easy to align until 60m.
- They do not receive any influence from others artificial lights or from the sun-light.
- All our barriers works untile a range of 60m.
All our optoelectronic safety barriers are certified CE from the certifier NEMKO and are conforming to:
- 98/37/EEC Machine Directive
- 73/23/EEC Low Voltage directive
- 89/336/EEC Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive
- EN 61496-1 and IEC 61496-1-2 Electrosensitive protection devices. |

In comparison with conventional LED through-beam sensors, laser through-beam sensors are distinguished above all by the high accuracy of their optics. As a result, there is a precise switch point anywhere between the sender and the receiver. In addition, thanks to the narrowly focused beam, very small objects can be detected. Also impressive with the new Contrinex laser through-beam sensors are the long operating distance of 50 m and the high switching frequency of 5 kHz. Sensitivity setting is by means of a potentiometer. The sharply concentrated red laser beam (660 nm) simplifies alignment, since the light spot is clearly visible even at long distances and in ambient light. The devices are built into a short, robust M18 metal housing of stainless steel and have an excess light indicator.
Versions are available either with changeover outputs or with excess light output (light-ON). Contrinex laser switches are, moreover, particularly cost efficient. |

| Retro-reflective light barriers or through-beam types with red light, infrared light and laser light. Working ranges from 0,5 up to 50 m. Different housings - F20 until F80 and also cylindrical ones with a diameter of 12 or 18 mm. Teach In or potentiometer setup. |

Application:
Optoelectronic safety device are used as entry, danger point or danger zone guards.
SLB range safety light barriers ar utilised as entry guards to dangerous areas. these protection devices operating without physical contact achieve Control Category 2 or 4 to EN 954-1 in combination with SLB 200-C or SLB 400-C safety monitoring modules.
Design and mode of operation:
On the SLB/SLC/SLG ranges of optoelectronic safety devices, the emitter and receiver are fitted in two separate enclosures. An invisible infra-red signal is sent from the emitter and this is picked up by the lens system of the receiver and evaluated either by an integral or external safety monitoring module. If the light beam is interrupted, the secure outputs are switched.
All of the optoelectronic safety devices listed here are maintenance-free and are characterised by simple fitting and adjustment.

Safety barriers based on visible laser technology.
Studied with regard to protecting and monitorar.
This innovativo security system is made up of a laser transmitter of red light 650nm modulated and a modulated receiver that catching the light beam creates an immaterial curtain of security that allows the worker to work security altogether.
Versions:
Classic laser barrier with transmitter and receiver.
Laser safety barrier monoray reaches 60 TM. Class 2 and 4
Laser barrier for peripheral control with sending back columns.
Switchboard of control integrated Classe 2/4.
The advantages són:
- Facility of aligned even in long distances 60m.
- Insensibility to the solar and environmental light
- Multipurpose Barriers of 0 to 60m.
The optoelectronic laser barrier produced by us is certified EC By being NEMKO and is comformes to the following norms vigentesi:

W2 Flat photoelectric switch:
for the tightest of spaces
• Good background suppression
• Detection of reflective and transparent objects
• Smallest known photoelectric proximity switch
For the electronics industry, robotics, assembly
and handling systems |
|
| The through-beam photoelectric switch consists of two devices: the sender and receiver. The separate device configuration makes large scanning ranges possible. The use of laser diodes allows greater scanning ranges while simultaneously maintaining a high resolution. Focus ranges can be set with high precision. |
