The netPLC product line combines fieldbus and PLC functionality in one chip, integrated on a ready-to-use hardware. Communication & Control – standard hardware, full software package, just plug in and start easily without any development risk.
The PC-card NPLC-C100-DP enables your computer to be a full automation platform. While CoDeSys PLC runtime and the PROFIBUS-DP master protocol operate autonomous on the card the PC is visualizing via OPC interface the same time. Configuration and diagnostics is performed via USB or parallel system bus. Characteristics of a “hard” PLC are maximizing the availability of the controlled plant: The additional power supplies in case of main power loss and the battery enables the smooth plant restart using the saved process data. PLC user interface, bus configuration tool and PLC runtime license are all included in delivery. Additional memory-card slot and battery backup provide the full comfort of a classic PLC. Description
Wöhrle has launched a new compact PLC to the marked named PLC 102. This is a numerous renewal of an already multiple proved operation and controlling unit for simple up to middle tasks of automation and monitoring of machines and equipment.
This PLC belongs to a generation of controlling systems which can related more to the classic data processing units,
for example input of processing data, HMI and communication. This unit is furnished with integratedgraphic-able LC-Display and film keyboard and has two modern separate processing units in 32-bit format for PLC and HMI (human machine interface). Both the processing units are connected with a fast and simple interface. Due to this fact the processing unit is able to access to all kinds of data of the PLC including the processing picture-copy. The controlling part of the PLC 102 is to be programmed with Siemens STEP 5, the programming of the graphic part is to be done by means of one of the well-known high-level programming languages at the PC.

The 9300 Servo PLC and Drive PLC are both programmed by means of the Drive PLC Developer Studio (DDS) software integrated development environment. The compact controllers are a combination of real-time-capable PLC and operator panel.
The real-time communication with the drives and I/Os is carried out via the ACC bus, based on CANopen, or real-time Ethernet. As such, the real-time bus system ensures the synchronous running of the axles and allows for an integrated communication and diagnostics up to the drive.
The multi-talents are known for the usual compact AMK design and, therefore, can be installed in very space-saving ways. The robust terminals at the front side are protected against splash water and dust according to IP65 and, therefore, perfectly suitable for use in rough production settings.
Integrating the visualization into the development environment of the PLC via the programming interface CoDeSys allows for a fast access to all PLC statuses and variables. This makes the familiarization and creation of the machine visualization the easiest thing in the world. Based on the application, the user interface can be combined individually and always be adjusted or changed in an easy and simple way.
The devices are available in different designs which differ with respect to size, resolution and control via touchscreen or keypad. Customer-specific front sides and a user-defined key assignment are another sign of the flexibility and individual character of the AMKASYN compact controllers, because the user himself decides, based upon the use, about the operation and design.

Hitachi PLC comes in 2 standard models to suit different applications and needs of customers. The EH-150 series PLC is modular with various module to suit various applications. Number of I/O points can be increased up to 3,520 points using Hitachi's newly launched CPU, EH-CPU548. With the improved CPU, the processing speed is improved to 0.1us/command with an increased program memory of 48k steps. The Micro-EH series PLC is a compact PLC with 12 bit analog I/O, built-in high speed counter, PWM and pulse train output with maximum 140 I/O points.

The FP-X offers a set of features and functions that rivals all the competition. Real-world motion and temperature control.
Arc and linear interpolation is very handy for pick & place (linear) or glue (arc) applying applications. With the combination of FP Sigma and A4 series servo drive, you can do real 2 axis motion control. With the new accurate thermocouple input unit and our accurate unique PID and IPD algorithm, you can control temperature easier, and more accurately than ever.
