PS Series Linear Slide
The PS series is a compact lightweight unit with a replaceable air cylinder. Floating piston rod coupling eliminates cylinder binding. Units are permanently lubricated for non-lube air operation, allowing for OSHA compliance. Aluminum body and end blocks contain tapped holes and dowel pin holes for precision mounting or fixturing. Standard end plate to stop shaft vibrations.

Double Acting. The square rod style accomplishes the non-rotating function in an extremely simplified design. The square rod eliminates the need for rod end quide blocks or internal guide pins common to double acting, non-rotating cylinders. Wide range of bore sizes 3/4" to 2 1/2". Unique body allows sensor switches to be mouted on 3 different sides when magnet type is required. Four different sensor switches available including hall effect or reed types, and indicator light (LED). Other options include bumpers, male rod thread or no rod thread, foot mount, and flange mount.

Humphrey Guided Block Cylinders are heavy duty air cylinders with precision guide shafts that are integrated into a unique extruded aluminum body. Guided Block Cylinders provide rigid movement of substantial loads, plus they have the strength to withstand significant side loading. The rectangular design saves space and provides a wide selection of mounting, porting and sensor switch options. Both are available in 8 bore sizes with stokes of up to 8 inches in length. GeoMetric® ISO/VDMA Cylinder
The GeoMetric® Series conforms to the following cylinder specifications: VDMA 24562, DIN/ISO 6431, and ISO/FDIS 15552. One of the most desirable features of the cylinder line is the dual switch/sensor groove design that is a standard offering on all GeoMetric®cylinders. The dual groove design offers great flexibility when mounting switches and sensors to the cylinders. One groove is a traditional round groove and the other is what we call the CombiGroove®.
