Bulk flow has to be distributed an collected. For that diverter valves with the highest demand on functionality and operational safety are used. For product pureness deposit-free and CIP capable diverter valves are indispensable.
Their maintenance-free operation is a deciding factor for the profitability of the plant. Diverter valves from Coperion Waeschle fulfil these numerous requirements even at high pressure and temperature ranges.

The Diaphragm Amplifiers are miniature interface devices which perform the same function as a piloted three-way valve, but at low outlet flow rates. Pneumatic signals of several inches water gauge applied to the input will control the output pressure up to 35 PSI in both digital and analog systems.
Diaphragm Amplifiers are very suitable for providing pneumatic signals to air-piloted valves for powering small cylinders. They are also used at fluidic signal levels for providing isolation and in timing circuits.

These 3/2-way normally closed valves in base-mounting design are available as a complete Series in Sizes 4, 8, 12 and 30 (outlet ports G 1/2 to G 2, on both sides for more piping flexibility). valves offer the design features of the well-proven ROSS poppet valve technology and fully comply with the relevant criteria of DIN EN 692 as well as DIN EN 954 (Cat. 3 and 4). The valves provide dynamic, cyclic and internal monitoring during each actuating and de-actuating movement. DM2™ valves have been approved by Deutsche Berufsgenossenschaft (BG-PRÜFZERT, MHHW, Cert.-No.s 06 008 / 06 021).

The Pneumatic Solenoid Valves 720 Series are available in both NC and NO version. They include all innovations, which are present in Matrix solenoid valves, both in materials and operating principles.
They couple simplicity and reliability with high dynamic performance. Response times are of milliseconds range, while their operating life is over 500 million cycles. The Series comprises Vacuum versions designed for uses with vacuum technique.
Due to the facility to be speed-up controlled, dynamic characteristics become even more improved: standard solenoid valves equipped with 24 VDC control present response times lower than 5 ms in opening and 2 ms in closing, with a maximum operation frequency 200 Hz. On the contrary, solenoid valves equipped with speed-up control present a response time both in opening and closing lower than 2 ms, with a maximum operation frequency 300 Hz.
Besides high-speed characteristics, solenoid valves 720 Series offer flow rate value to 100 l/minute (ANR), with supply pressure from 0 to 8 bar.
720 Series is available both in line assembly version and on sub-plate and is equipped with a range of accessories such as multi-position manifolds and speed-up driver boards.

750 Series 3/3 presents a small-sized single body with four utilities, assuming, according to the different models, the following configurations:
In the present model, all the innovations offered by Matrix technology, this combines special dynamic performance to the simplicity and reliability of manufacture, are present. Response times are of millisecond range, while operation life is over 500 million cycles.
With a speed-up kind control, dynamic characteristics are even more improved. Standard 24 VDC control solenoid valves have a response time lower than 5 ms in opening and than 2 ms in closing, with a maximum operation frequency 200 Hz. Speed-up control solenoid valves have a response time lower than 2 ms both in opening and in closing, with a maximum operation frequency of 300 Hz.
Besides high-speed characteristics, 750 Series solenoid valves offer flow rate values up to 100 l/minute (ANR) for every single outlet, with feeding pressure from 0 to 4 bar.
For 750 closed centres series, a lot of accessories is available, such as IP 52 or IP 65 connectors, manifolds with different positions and speed-up driver boards.

Flow Patterns:
Hayward Manual Three-Way Ball Valves come standard with a two port "TW" ball allowing for three flow configurations within 180 degrees of rotation. With the bottom port as the inlet, the flow can be directed out the left port, out the right port or shut off. Hayward Actuated Three-Way Ball Valves come standard with a three port "NT" ball allowing for two flow configurations within 90 degrees of rotation. With the bottom port as the inlet, the flow can be directed out the left port or out the right port, there is no shut off position. A "TW" ball, used with with the proper electric actuator, adds what is typically called a "center off position" to the "NT" flow pattern of actuated valves. An optional "TP" ball, used with either manual or actuated valves, allows flow through all ports at the same time or flow shutoff.
True Union Design:
This makes these valves very easy to maintain by allowing for easy removal from a piping system without breaking down the piping connections. Just unscrew the three assembly nuts and lift the valve body out of the line.
Easy to Actuate:
A manual valve can be easily automated. Just remove the handle and install the optional actuator mounting kit. The mounting saddle is integrally molded into the valve body. For rock-solid actuator mounting, the valve incorporates a unique design whereby the mounting bracket mounts directly to the valve body. This assures proper alignment of the actuator to the valve without creating any damaging side loads to cause premature stem seal failure.
No Metal, No Corrosion:
Hayward all plastic three-way valves contain no metal parts. The valves will never fail because of corrosion and they do not require painting or epoxy coating to stand up to aggressive environments.

GENERAL DESIGN
The floating ball is held between two pre-compressed
seals which ensure a tight, non-leak fit at both positive
and negative pressures. The ball’s rotational angle is
constrained by a stop pin and disc.
Cranked handles are incorporated to provide good
clearance for the operators hands.
Flat handles can be provided on request.
FEATURES Full bore valves provide an unrestricted flow path for
negligible pressure drop. Floating ball on pre-compressed seals minimises
wear and provides an excellent seal at positive and
negative pressures. High working pressures - see table on page 59. Operating temperatures from -20°C to +100°C.
