Rotary Systems offers a unique line of low torque air/vacuum rotary unions. These unions are designed specifically for low speed, low pressure, air/vacuum applications that require minimal torque.
The unions utilize a hardened and ground shaft, o-ring seals and dual radial ball bearings to prevent side loading to the seals. The passages are 1/8” NPT and are offered in 2, 4, 6 and 8 passage models. The models shown in the picture are the 2 and 4 passage unions.
See our 028 series to view each size.
Please contact our Technical Sales department at 1-800-959-0146 for operating specifications and torque readings for each model.

Dynaswivel® Air Line Connector
- The Dynaswivel® is a patented universal-joint that connects portable air tools to an air line
- Swivels 360 DEGREES AT TWO PIVOT POINTS allowing the air hose to drop directly to the floor while providing superb tool handling
- Improves tool maneuverability, minimizes operator fatigue and extends hose life
- New lightweight, non-marring composite construction; industrial quality
- Improved air flow

MID has developed a new variable geometry coupling, which can swivel through 360 degrees: the DynaVariacor®. This internationally patented system provides in particular complete flexibility for use with all types of pneumatic tools and appliances.
The coupling is robust, light and compact; it reduces wear and avoids coiling of the feed hose. This coupling enables increased precision of movement of the tool by reducing the handling force required by the user, due to the relative rigidity of the feed pipes. Operator comfort is improved. The DynaVariacor® products have useful features: the interior cross-section of the coupling remains constant at all angles, so pressure loss is minimised and flow rates are naturally optimum.
The system is available in several sizes and fittings for a variety of uses: small industrial hand tools such as impact wrenches, grinders, drills, screw guns and riveting machines as well as equipment of larger size and power such as nail guns, staplers, disc sanders, pneumatic drills, compacting machines and special equipment.

Ball Swivel Fittings:
Ball Swivel Fittings are used between the tool and air supply hose to eliminate kinking and twisting. Ball Swivels provide a more natural range of motion than the "traditional" air tool swivel fitting. In addition to providing a greater bend angle (20 degrees to 25 degrees depending on size) and flow capacity than ball swivels made by other manufacturers., these fittings will increase tool maneuverability and production capacity, minimize user fatigue, extend the life of the hose and minimize cost. Made of hardened steel with nickel-plated barbs.
Coilhose Pneumatics offers the following lines of Fittings:
COILOCK Push-to-Connect Fittings
Metric COILOCK Push-to-Connect Fittings
Speed Controls
Poly-Tube Fittings
Brass Hose Fittings
Nylon Hose Fittings
Ball Swivel Fittings
Ball Swivel Connectors
Orbital Swivel Fittings
Brass Pipe Fittings

|
| The Swivel Fittings are ideal for a broad range of medical, industrial, laboratory and instrumentation applications involving pneumatic systems. Swivel Fittings are available with 10-32 UNF, 1/8-27 NPT, or 1/4-18 NPT threads. Three models are available, Straight Swivel, Swivel Elbow and Swivel Tee. The unique design (Patent # 4,496,204) allows the fitting to swivel 360 degrees. The snap type fitting is sealed with a Buna-N, Viton, Silicone, or EPDM o’ring. All models are available with barbs for 1/16”, 3/32” or 1/8” I.D. flexible tubing. The absence of a molded parting line on the first barb guarantees a leak free seal. |

| UNION rotary, traversing, and tilting tables are predominantly suitable for use on floor-type boring mills and/or traveling-column machines. However, they can also be operated separately with self-contained controller and self-contained operator console. The PDV 10 with a machining torque of 12.5 kNm ensures turning operations on large cylindrical parts in association with traveling-column machines and suitable turning tool adapters. So, supplementary turning operations can be performed. |

Gas springs and dampers for seat adjustment
With their defined movements, a high level of functional comfort,
a long, maintenance-free life and highest quality, STABILUS
products make office chair seat adjustment more ergonomic.
For example seat height...
With the use of gas springs, the seat height can be
brought into the ergonomically correct position for any
body height at any workstation. A seat with end position
cushioning offers even more seating comfort.
For example backrest...
Continuous contact between back and backrest provides
lumbar support and strain relief for intervertebral discs.
For example seat tilt...
Ergonomically correct seat tilt places different amounts of
pressure on the pelvic bones and the spine, which meets the
ergonomic demands of dynamic seating.
For example synchronous adjustment…
Where seat tilt and backrest can be adjusted to fit the
body, gas springs provide the individual counter-pressure.
