If an ECO-Jack toe jack can not be operated, the load can be lifted with an ECO-Jack AIR lifting bag ranging from 1.000kgs (2,200lbs) to 42.000kgs (92,800lbs). Fitting into the tightest areas with a collapsed height of 30mm (1.1-1.2inches), all models are light weighted and equipped with serrated lifting surfaces, markes centers, reinforced edges and safety instructions.
|
|
To be able to achieve a maximum lifting movement with only a minimum insertion space available, lifting bags are the appropriate tools to use. With 12 models, Holmatro has a lifting bag for every job. Thanks to their unique low profile edges the lifting bags can easily be inserted under all circumstances.
The deflated height of our lifting bags is 22 or 25 mm. Using compressed air (maximum 8 bar), the largest model, the HLB 67, reaches a maximum inflation height of 520 mm. Another feature of the lifting bags is their ability to adjust to the lifting surface. The applied pressure is divided over a large surface compared to the use of hydraulic jacks.
|
|
The distinguishing feature of Vetter Mini Lifting Bags 8.0 bar/116 psi is the noiseless, jolt-free, and smooth lifting of the heaviest loads. They lift, push, press, prise and split, even on sloping surfaces. The surface profile improves grip on slippery ground such as grass, sand etetc.
They are produced in two versions. Both versions have a multi-layer construction which covers each side of the bag. This is either steelcord or aramide reinforcement.

|
INFLATABLE JACK
1-74 Ton
Highly flexible and lightweight jacks only require an air supply of 8 bar maximum. Any non-explosive gas or water can also be used for inflation.
Uninflated jacks are only 25,4 mm thick, making seemingly impossible lifting tasks routine.
Space age reinforced, multi-layer aramid construction, widely overlapping on all sides. Tested at 8 bar.
In rugged testing, jacks withstood tens of thousands of inflate/deflate cycles at 12 bar.
Large surface area and material flexibility allow jacks to lift loads on soft or ompressible surfaces without support cribbing being necessary.

LINAKs several different types of lifting columns are for instance LC2, LP2, LP3, DL1, DL2, DL4, DL5 and DL6.
LP2 and LP3 are used in the hospital and care sector for height adjustment of e.g. stretchers, incubators and surgical chairs. The LC2 is a further development of the LP2 and LP3. Besides the applications mentioned above LC2 is also a good choise in more industrial applications.
DL1, DL2, DL4, DL5 and DL6 are part of LINAK's DESKLINE® system for ergonomic sit/stand office desks. DL1, which set the standard of the market, is compact and avaiblable in more colours. The DL2 system offers a progressive speed control, meaning you have the same speed level both upwards and downwards. The DL5 and DL6 are further developing the DL1. DL4 is also called the DESKPOWER™ system.
At the touch of a button the DESKPOWER system can adjust desks within a range of adjustment from 60-125 cm at a high speed level irrespective of load. At the same time the noise level is extremely low.

Lifting columns are the ideal drive elements when a motor setting is required in addition to the stable guidance. The whole technology is integrated and not visible from the outside. These lifting columns do not need any additional coverings. Usually, no special electrical knowledge will be required for the commissioning. Various versions are available as standard for the application in the field of medical technology.
Several lifting columns can be combined and synchronised and offer further impressive application possibilities. The MultiControl-units can be linked by a BUS-system and enable the synchronization of maximal 32 lifting columns.

The application needs in practice are so manifold like the bandwidth of the lift gates and lift fields from the HGB GmbH.
Within the different type series widths up to 9.000 mm and lift heights up to 6.000 mm can be realized. Hereby, we especially focus on the aspect of security. An electronic chain breakage monitoring, a connecting block along the closing edge, and a mechanical fall arrester of multiple supporting appliances according to the norm EN 12604 (Appendix B) serve as a safety device in context with the power operated lift gates and lift doors. A complete documentation self-evidently belongs to a complete project perimeter.

ACI scissor docks are specially designed to solve the problems of height difference between docks and trucks. They allow easy loading and unloading operations, whatever the height of the dock or truck bed, even when you do not have a loading dock.
This solution provides a permanently level board and more important course than with a dock leveller.
Our scissor docks are CE certified and comply with EN 1570 standard, as well as "Machines n°98/37/CE Directive".
The board is made of non-slip steel treadplate. The design of these boards enables them to withstand static or dynamic loads such as trolleys, pallet trucks, all types of forklift trucks...
The scissor docks are usually pit mounted, therefore providing access from dock to truck or dock to yard.

Autoquip Dock Scissors Lifts include several designs of powered loading dock equipment for moving wheeled or palletized loads onto or from delivery trucks of various heights onto or from your dock or grade level. Dock Scissors lifts can be surface mounted, pit mounted, or portable, and all meet the safety requirements of ANSI MH29.1.
Autoquip Truck Levelers are a superior dock solution to the traditional hinged dock-levelers or throw-over plates mounted onto the dock floor when faced with the challenge of loading & unloading trucks of varied heights. Hydraulic Truck Levelers are installed outdoors, in front of a dock or loading area, therefore not using valuable dock space. Truck Levelers also eliminate door security concerns and air loss is minimized in refrigerated or heated applications. Truck Leveler platforms can be provided with wheel guides, and are equipped with a provisional cut-out, to clear truck restraining devices, allowing the truck leveler platform to be located close to the face of the dock.
|
|
You can save the high cost of dock construction, work from any truck bed level to grade level and handle unstable loads quickly and safely with Dock Saver Lifts. These lifts can be installed indoors or outdoors and will handle all loads up to 20,000 lbs.
For applications where the height of the truck bed must be adjusted, Southworth also offers a line of extra heavy-duty truck levelers in capacities from 5,000 to 20,000 lbs. to meet even the most massive load requirements.
|
|
Widely used for warehouse and factory operations
- Especially designed for palletized loads transported by manual pallet trucks or powered pallet trucks

TRIPLE-L® trailers feature the innovative Power Deck® System which provides more efficient loading and transporting of your payload. These trailers eliminate the use of cumbersome ramps or tilt beds by hydraulically lowering the entire deck to ground level. Your payload is then loaded by driving, pushing, or placing it straight on to the deck, which is then lifted into the transport position. TRIPLE-L trailers are available in Flatbed, Utility, or Enclosed configurations with capacities ranging from 2,200 – 10,000 pounds. These trailers are ideal for payloads that have low ground clearance, poor gradeability, unique wheel configurations, and applications where frequent loading and unloading are required.
