Drills
The drills are suitable for a large number of applications. Both for use in the industry, steel and aluminium processing, car manufacturing, truck manufacturing, home electrical appliances, but also the general use in the workshop is covered.
The Yokota drills are executed with a 2-step trigger. The first step is used for setting the drill in the right spot of the workpiece, the second step is used for drilling the hole at high speed. The silencers can be turned 360 degrees.
Please take care to choose the right drill for the right capacity. Capacity and RPM of the tool are designed to fit to each other.

Stationary Drill-Spindles
with collet up to 6mm / 0.25in drill diameter
for drill-chuck up to 10mm / 0.375in drill diameter
for wood-drills
with threaded shaft 10mm / 0.375in drill diameter
Drill spindles are optional available with a collet, a drill-chuck or a threaded spindle-shaft for wood-drills.
The spindles are completely sealed; exhaust air canot escape, nor can contamination from the outside penetrate.
They can be operated without lubrication at an approximate 15% power loss.
Due to general valid physical principles, lubrication naturally improves the spindle's lifespan and operational-behavior.
In both cases a corresponding air-preparation is essential, such as moisture-removal, filtration and if necessary lubrication.
The exhaust-air guidance over an exhaust-hose is always to be recommended as a meaningful supplement.

An air drill's chuck does most of the work. That's why all Ingersoll Rand air drills are engineered with high quality chucks that resist wear and tear. Our new family of air drills have industrial grade chucks and keyless chuck versions that are extra tough for drilling, sawing, valve guide reaming, cylinder honing and wire brushing. They are more powerful, efficient and durable than previous models, with smooth, quiet operation.
1/4" Chuck - .4HP, 1800 RPM
3/8" Chuck - .5HP, 1200-2500 RPM
1/2" Chuck - .5HP, 400-500 RPM
