The unique design of the Modular Manifold block allows it to be used as an individual unit or assembled into a modular combination of pneumatic components. Two models are available, filtered and non-filtered. The manifold block contains four individual dovetail slides and one top cover that will accept a various assortment of threaded or push-in ports.

Clippard clear acrylic pneumatic circuit boards are designed to provide a compact and highly efficient pneumatic control system, with the use of Clippard modular components and other Clippard products.
Many valving systems require a considerable amount of piping, tubing and fittings to create the necessary circuitry. The piping originates beneath the valve and often needs extra space and clearance to complete. The acrylic circuit board provides a place to mount the components and easy methods to hook-up the circuit, generally on the top side of the circuit board.
For a single circuit the original assembly method can be the best direction to take ....but where a number of identical circuits are prepared, the acrylic circuit board technology offers a series of distinct advantages.

The SX series unique design combines both solenoid assemblies (when using double solenoid 2/3 position) on the same side of the valve, opposite the ports, allowing for greater space savings and simplified wiring access. The SX series valves are available with numerous manifold options which allow for easier installation and improved operation.

OMT manufactures manifold blocks in aluminium (standard), type CETOP2, CETOP3 and CETOP5 and also special series made in Cast Iron/ steel.
The OMT blocks have the possibility of developing circuits in parallel or series and allow to fit the relief valve.

We supply subplates and manifolds with different port options. There is also an optional relief valve cavity. Our products are available to match a variety of cartridge relief valves manufacturers including Sun Hydraulics, HydraForce, Delta, Deltrol, Compact Controls, Modular Controls and others. Subplates can have side, bottom or both ports. Manifolds have an isolation option to allow two independent pressure and/or tank ports. There are also two different valve spacing options for each manifold.
We have a full line of adapter, transition, tapping and cover plates. Adapter plates mount to your existing equipment and allow the newer valve patterns be mounted saving plumbing time and expense. Tapping plates allow instillation of gauges without external plumbing. They are also available the "B" port connected to tank for pressure dump circuits. Our manifolds are manufactured for D02 through D10 NFPA patterns. The number of stations available on our manifolds are from one to sixteen. We normally stock up to 10 station manifolds.

The Film Manifold consists of several layers of resin film bonded together
in which fine channels are engraved. It is much smaller and lighter than
glass or resin block manifolds and can be used in microfluidic applications
such as chips or reactors. It is bendable and temperature control of the
channels is easy. Our miniature valves etc. can be mounted on the film
manifold.
