The regeneration air requirement quantity is 15-18%. Flow rate as well as the regeneration air requirement are dependent on the operating pressure, inlet temperature and the dew-point of the compressed air. The maximum permissible operating pressure is 8.5 bar min/max compressed air and ambient temperature: -20°C/55°C. Higher operating pressures available on request.

Principle of operation
Nitrogen is produced by using membrane technology, starting from a network of compressed air without oil or pre treaty of a mini pressure. of 110 psi.
The fall of pressure is only of 10 psi (0.5 bar), weakest of the market, making easier the connection of the generator to your own network of compressed air.
The diaphragm functions on the principle of the selective permeation, or the oxygen, the steam and the CO2 which are fast gases cross the diaphragm, while nitrogen, gas slow, continuous to circulate in the form of gas flow inside the diaphragm.

The HILCO ceramic membrane system is an ideal way to lower your oily-water waste disposal costs. The filtration system utilizes high-velocity fluid “crossflow” across the face of the membrane. The oil-free water passes through the ceramic membrane while the oily waste is concentrated in a process reservoir. Depending on the particular waste stream disposal, volumes can be reduced as much as 20x. The system is designed to accept three different micron-rated membranes (0.2 µm, 0.01 µm, and 0.005 µm) in order to meet all specific local discharge ordinances.
