Graver Pressure Filters have proven their ability to meet any water filtration problem efficiently and economically in hundreds of installations worldwide, and in a wide range of industrial plants, municipalities and utilities.
Graver Pressure Filters are available in vertical and horizontal designs, in any convenient size, and with valve arrangements to meet any custom or special requirements.
For individual bed areas of 100 square feet or less, the vertical pressure filters are usually furnished. For greater areas, a horizontal pressure filter is more practical. In applications where a large quantity of water is to be filtered, a battery of filters is installed in parallel to provide the necessary throughput.

Always a clean solution
Air Management Systems - competence for the entire air section
Even during the early years of the company, MAHLE recognized that effective cleaning of combustion air and lubricant is an indispensable element in improving the service life of engines and engine components. In line with this understanding, work began in 1926 on the development and production of air and oil filters. Only then was it possible to commence the reduced-wear use in series production of lightweight pistons developed by MAHLE. After having to concentrate on the core business with pistons during the war, re-entry was achieved by a participation in Knecht Filterwerke GmbH. Strong organic growth was accelerated by the acquisition of the Japanese Tennex Corporation, an important component of further expansion. This opened up markets outside Europe, with the result that today MAHLE is the number one worldwide supplier of filter products to the automobile industry.

The OilPak is a compact, self-contained oil filtering system designed for ease of operation and service. High cleaning efficiency permits recirculation of plant air, reducing heating and air conditioning operating costs.
During operation, liquid mist and smoke is pulled through a high efficiency pre-filter pad, then collected inside the filter cartridge pockets. Collected liquid drains back to the machine or to the inlet plenum. The OilPak collector maintains a constant efficiency over the life of the cartridge.
The OilPak is available in four arrangements for direct coupling or remote mounting with or without using a central exhaust fan. The arrangements are made from two part options: a fan(s) - motor section and/or an inlet plenum.

Low-Maintenance Collection for Oil and Water-Based Coolant Mists & Smoke
The Filter 1 Mistron Mist Collector is designed to eliminate in-plant moisturization through efficient filtration of oil and water-based coolant mists and smoke.
Contaminated air enters the intake plenum and the inlet baffle diffuses the air to distribute it evenly over the impinger surface. The impinger removes large particles and mist, and is self-draining. (An optional high density metal mesh washable prefilter is also available for wet grinding applications.) The unit utilizes a high efficiency micro glass filter for collecting micron and submicron particles. The Filter 1 Mistron offers up to ten times more actual square footage of filter material than centrifugal air cleaning units.
Quiet, energy efficient, and low maintenance operation is provided by a direct drive, backward inclined air foil type blower, requiring no belts to change or bearings to grease. With the vertical oil mist design the primary filter bag pockets are suspended in the vertical position for optimal drainage of the collected coolant mist. For average machine shop operations the primary filter should last one year.
Features
- 95% ASHRAE Primary Filter
- 3 Phase TEFC Motor on Rubber Mounts
- Sloped Drain Pan with 1/2" NPT Connection for Easy Removal or Recirculation of Coolant Air or Other Mists
- Hinged, Gasketed Access Doors for Easy Filter Replacement
- Chevron Impinger

Our OENA-D series oil mist separators are used in cutting and shaping metalworking processes for scrubbing non water-soluble cutting fluid aerosols based on mineral, organic and synthetic oils. Reusable plastic mesh filter elements and fine-fiber material provide high-efficiency filtration of cooling lubricant aerosols. Our product lineup includes a graduated series of systems with air volumes up to 20,000 m³/h, which can be customized to even larger airflows due to their modular design.
Filter elements
Reusable plastic mesh filter elements and fine-fiber material.
Disposal
The separated oil is collected in the floor basin of the unit and is then reintroduced into the oil supply cycle of the machine via a return pipe, or removed for reconditioning. The return pipe must be vacuum sealed either by using a siphon or by immersing it in the coolant sump by at least 300 millimeters.

The DELTOLE® is an oil mist collection unit which purifies and cleans the air in working areas, decreases fire risk hazards and operator accidents and increases productivity. It is especially recommended for all metal processing applications.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The DELTOLE® uses 4 fundamental principles to trap oil particles :
- The oil mist is separared by the fan impellor or by a cyclonic system which allows the majority of oil particles to coalesce.
- The inertia force ensures that the droplets formed in this way are retained and then migrate to the collection tank through a wire knit filter.
- The diffusion forces with “Brownian” motion deal with the very fine particles by means of a high efficiency filter used as an option instead and in place of the last standard final filter.
- For use without recycling, a multi-layer wire knit filter can be substituted for the final filters. The oil collected by the filter is continuously evacuated by means of a siphon.

General description
Impurities in the air are produced from oil and emulsion vapors in machining areas by machine tools, at soldering and welding tables and at non-enclosed machines during machining. These impurities can be harmful to the health of the employees in these areas and can also have a negative effect on the quality of your products.
HOFFMANN mist collectors are your answer to these air pollution problems.
HOFFMANN mist collectors are high-quality devices that stand out due to their long service life and low maintenance requirements. Our systems are in line with the state of the art and have proven themselves in many years of use.
