Both Double Acting and Spring Return VIP valves (either Normally Open or Normally Closed) are available in sizes ranging from 3/8”
to 2”. GAS threaded ends as per UNI/ISO 7/1 Rp - DIN 2999 (NPT threads on request) with control fluid connections as per NAMUR interface.
Improved fluid dynamics allow minimum pressure losses. See Flow Pressure Diagram.
VIP valves can be used in any mounting position (horizontal, vertical
or oblique). They can be provided with seals in NBR, FKM or EPDM:
-NBR: suitable for air, gas, oils, water etc..
-FKM: perfectly suitable for most fluid. Unsuitable for steam.
-EPDM: perfectly suitable for hot water and steam. Unsuitable for mineral products (oils, grease, etc..).

Our MV serie is meeting the technologically most advanced principles, and it is to be considered the CORE of a pneumatic installation. It is made up of a wide spectrum of small valves, flow controls whose functions abide by physical and logical laws. These components can adjust, check, vent the flow and change its direction in an installation.
We always recommend using them with filtered and oiled air to guarantee a long-lasting flawless function.

These light-weight pneumatic valves stand out for their solid, compact design, short response times and an amazingly high flow capacity. Designed as resilient-seal spool models, these valves are available in 3/2-, 5/2- and 5/3-way configuration for either solenoid or pressure control. Individual units can easily be assembled to form complete valve blocks requiring limited mounting space. Port sizes range from M5 through G 3/8.

Airflex Quick Release Valves provide rapid evacuation of pressurized air from pneumatic devices. They provide an exhaust port at the device rather than at the end of a long supply line and/or control component. Exhaust is rapid and positive as soon as there is a pressure drop in the supply line. Mufflers are available to reduce exhaust noise.

The Pneumatic Solenoid Valves 720 Series are available in both NC and NO version. They include all innovations, which are present in Matrix solenoid valves, both in materials and operating principles.
They couple simplicity and reliability with high dynamic performance. Response times are of milliseconds range, while their operating life is over 500 million cycles. The Series comprises Vacuum versions designed for uses with vacuum technique.
Due to the facility to be speed-up controlled, dynamic characteristics become even more improved: standard solenoid valves equipped with 24 VDC control present response times lower than 5 ms in opening and 2 ms in closing, with a maximum operation frequency 200 Hz. On the contrary, solenoid valves equipped with speed-up control present a response time both in opening and closing lower than 2 ms, with a maximum operation frequency 300 Hz.
Besides high-speed characteristics, solenoid valves 720 Series offer flow rate value to 100 l/minute (ANR), with supply pressure from 0 to 8 bar.
720 Series is available both in line assembly version and on sub-plate and is equipped with a range of accessories such as multi-position manifolds and speed-up driver boards.

750 Series 3/3 presents a small-sized single body with four utilities, assuming, according to the different models, the following configurations:
In the present model, all the innovations offered by Matrix technology, this combines special dynamic performance to the simplicity and reliability of manufacture, are present. Response times are of millisecond range, while operation life is over 500 million cycles.
With a speed-up kind control, dynamic characteristics are even more improved. Standard 24 VDC control solenoid valves have a response time lower than 5 ms in opening and than 2 ms in closing, with a maximum operation frequency 200 Hz. Speed-up control solenoid valves have a response time lower than 2 ms both in opening and in closing, with a maximum operation frequency of 300 Hz.
Besides high-speed characteristics, 750 Series solenoid valves offer flow rate values up to 100 l/minute (ANR) for every single outlet, with feeding pressure from 0 to 4 bar.
For 750 closed centres series, a lot of accessories is available, such as IP 52 or IP 65 connectors, manifolds with different positions and speed-up driver boards.

This spring-loaded safety valve with a very high blow-off capacity, labeled as D/G (models 352.00 to 352.30), will be used for protection of
pressure vessels and pressure systems for air and other neutral, non-toxic and non-combustible gases.
This design allows a usage to secure fixed pressure and vehicle tanks from dust and granular goods.
The valves only can be supplied with a preset pressure, the desired set pressure must be specified with the order. After setting, the valves are
labeled and sealed.
For functional testing, the safety valve can be opened by turning the knurled screw.
The bearing surfaces and seals can be cleaned from impurities by unscrewing the upper part without changing the pressure setting.
Repairs may only be executed by the manufacturer.

Offering W60 Series, W68 and W88 Series, W80 Series, and W90 Series Single Seat Pneumatic Valves. WCB W60 series is a modular family of valves that are the ultimate in: easy cleaning, high pressure, low maintenance design. With 16 standard bodies, 12 different actuators, 5 stem types, and a wide range of control tops, the valves can be configured to precisely fit any application. The W68 and W88 Series consists of a modular family of "throttling or pressure control" valves that are the ultimate in: easy cleaning, high pressure, low maintenance design. With 11 standard bodies, 12 different actuators, 4 stem types, flush or standard adaptor, and a wide range of control tops, the valves can be configured to precisely fit any application. The W80 is a great solution for aseptic applications, this valve series utilizes a stem flush adapter to provide a liquid or steam barrier around the valve stem. When the product must be isolated from the external environment, the W90 Series valve is an ideal choice. This series valve utilizes a diaphragm adapter to provide a reliable, hermetic seal around the valve stem.

The miniature Preset Flow Control is ideal for many applications involving pneumatic systems, including the control of cylinder speed.
The operation of the flow control is based on the movement of a small disc. The flat surface on one side of the orificed disc seals and permits flow through the orifice. The amount of flow permitted in the reverse direction is determined by the orifice size. In the forward direction full flow is permitted. The flow controls design allows a maximum supply pressure of 75 PSI with a minimum cracking pressure of less than 10” H2O. Orifice sizes are available from .004” to .040”.

THREE-WAY VALVES :
with conical valve shutters, they ensure excellent flow capacity
MONOSTABLE OR BISTABLE THREE-WAY SOLENOID VALVES :
they can be fitted in a vacuum circuit operating in N.O. and N.C. They insure excellent flow capacity and reduced switching times. They can manage a continuous counter jet on the third release to facilitate release of suckers. The bistable (safety) version ensures that the vacuum is maintained both with lack of power and pressure in the servo-pilot.
