MARTSHOCK Intermittent Pneumatic Hammers belong to those flow aids that act destructively as bridge breakers.
MARTSHOCK Hammers are suitable for loosening of adhesive material crusts on walls, pipes and bins, and as bridge breakers in silos. The blow impulse leads to the complete detachment of the crusts or the collapse of a material bridge.
The MARTSHOCK Pneumatic Hammer blows produce a violent impact on the wall on which the unit is fitted. It is suitable for all bin shapes and sizes.

PJ TYPE
The PICJET combined hammer blast is electropneumatically actuated, and it develops three simoultaneous actions:
1) instantaneous hammering;
2) extended vibration thanks to the silicon membrane;
3) extended and intermittent airshot along the silo wall.

PG TYPE
The GUNJET air cannon release almost instantaneously a certain quantity of highly compressed air inside the silo or bin, thus provoking the typical effect of an explosion. GUNJET air cannon are particularly suitable for very light material such as wood pellets or plastic chips, with a strong tencency to rat-holing.

The BD Pneumatic Concrete Vibrator series utilizes a built-in pneumatically driven motor which has only two moving parts, the vane and rotor. Compressed air is supplied to the vibrator through the air valve and inner hose. Air flow into the rotor, passes through the passage ways in the vane, back through the "air gap" on the rotor and outer holes in the rear flange. Vibrating Bin Aerator
It is a very simple device made of a rubber membrane, abrasion resistant and self cleaning,
and metal pipe, and is to be mounted against the wall of a silo.
Compressed air (at 2 to 6) bar is blown through the pipe and makes the rubber membrane vibrate against the wall of the silo. At the same time, the blown air fluidizes the dust or powder contained in the silo with a 1 metre radius of effectiveness.

Assistance system with the flow for the powders and the powders
PROMOTION FLOW MUCON
PROMOTION FLOW is a system making it possible to solve the problems of flow of the products in the hoppers, silos or containers.
Stainless steel grids generally, are introduced into the conical part of the hopper. The crossing nuts and bolts which hold the grid are connected to an external medium where is fixed a pneumatic vibrator.
PROMOTION FLOW makes vibrate the contents and not the hopper.
This direct action on the product makes it possible to fight effectively against the independent factors which support the formation of a vault, a chimney or a segregation of product during the flow.
The grids are carried out to measure and will have a form different according to dimensions from the hopper to equip and the treated products.
Ideal for the products like: Reduce to starch potato, cement, lime, drinking chocolate, flour, clay...
