DION® FR 840-820 is a halogenated fire retardant laminating polyester resin containing fillers. The resin is accelerated and thixotropic.
DION® FR 840-820 has a relatively high viscosity due to the amount of filler added. The resin can be laminated by hand lay up or spray up equipment.
Approvals on fire tests:
•NPF 92-501 Class M 1
•NFF 16-101 Class F 2
•BS 476 Part 6/7 Class 1/0 |

POLYLITE® 720 M800 is a medium reactive isophthalic polyester resin with generally good mechanical strength, impact strength in particular.
POLYLITE® 720 M800 is specially designed to resist water, oil, and less aggressive chemicals, and modifications of this are specially suitable for production of tanks, pipes etc, as well as marine applications and other water and sewage applications.
POLYLITE® 720-M880 contains special additives which improve the working environment during and after application due to substantially reduced styrene evaporation. The resin contains wax which gives the cured laminate a tack free surface.
POLYLITE® 720 M800 is designed for hand lay up and spray up applications.
Approvals:
POLYLITE® 720 M800 is approved for boat production by Lloyds Register of Shipping and Det norske Veritas (DNV).

POLYLITE® 32166-16 is an unsaturated polyester casting resin developed to produce non-gel coated, solid surface products. Because POLYLITE® 32166-16 is based on isophthalic acid and neopentyl glycol, it behaves similar to a high-quality gel coat which is resistant to discolouration after continuous exposure to water.
POLYLITE® 32166-16 is a pre-accelerated, rigid, medium reactive, low viscosity resin.
POLYLITE® 32166-16 is UV stabilized, stain resistant and is methacrylate modified.
APPLICATION
Room temperature curing of Solid surface.
The use of vacuum is strongly recommended in the manufacture of densified, solid surface products.
FEATURES BENEFITS
Acrylic Modified for higher performance.
Based on isophthalic acid and neopentyl glycol. Only slight bleaching after continuous exposure to
water.
Good stain resistance.
High heat distortion temperature.
Superior thermal shock performance.
• Medium viscosity - Permits high filler levels
• High solids content - Excellent filler suspension
• Specially promoted Light Colour
• Controlled gel and cure drift.
• Fast production cycles. |

| To cope with annoying brown, opaque resin flow that hides the aesthetic and 3-dimentional feelings of carbon/plated woven fabrics, EPO-622TM can provide you an excellent solution. With no change of curing parameters under current medium temperature (at 150°C) curing process, EPO-622TM can impart a shinny and transparent skin to the cured products as well as no 'white spot' after sanding with water. |
