M-06x series rotation stages are equipped with ultra-precise, ultra-low-friction, spring-preloaded worm gear drives allowing unlimited rotation in either direction. The ROTOR 10 and the ROTOR 10 SG one axis low voltage rotary stage is a development within our ultra-fast ROTOR- line. It provides a long steering and scanning range of up to 11mrad.
The well defined axis of rotation is located centrically.
An incorporated free aperture allows axial beam applications also.

Rotary Tables are a convenient, accurate method of positioning or rotating a payload. These tables use a rugged worm and gear drive design with a central rotating ball bearing. We offer four rotary tables in two designs. Each table has a different gear ratio.

Dynamic Structures and Materials (DSM) offers custom design capabilities for rotary and linear flexure-guided stages required for precision motion control and positioning applications and for challenging environments. DSM's flexure mechanism designs are used in unique positioning applications where backlash- and stiction-free performance are critical.
The 3-axis optomechanical positioning mount pictured here is a representative example of DSM's design capabilities for flexure-guided stage design. A custom, multi-axis design required three axes of flexure-guided motion for a 4 kg payload. The design requirements included ± 2 mm of linear travel adjustment in one axis and ± 2° of rotational adjustment in two additional axes. The assembly's design minimizes undesirable motion during temperature transients and shock loading.
DSM designed the optical mount using a titanium and aluminum construction. Fine thread screw adjusters provide manual adjustment capability, although the design lends itself to being easily reconfigured for motorized position adjustment. Pre-load springs and flexure pivots provide return force.

The parts are loaded on the rotating table: their lateral and top surfaces are subject to the shots thrown by the turbines.
The table diameter can vary from 500 to 2500mm, with a load capacity up to 1500 Kg.

When it is difficult, even impossible, to hang the parts to be treated, or even when they are too fragile to be treated in bulk and finally when the production remains weak, the part can be treated while being exposed on a s3eance table which is exposed to the sheaf of the turbine.
This exposure often requires a reversal of the part to expose all the faces.
Our standard range of shot-blasting machines with s3eance table RT goes from tables of diameter 1000 to 2500, for heights useful of parts going from 600 to 1200 and functioning with 1 to 3 turbines.

International Surface Preparation offers a wide variety of wheel blast equipment in several configurations. Table wheel blast machines are one of the most versatile.
Table wheel blast machines have a table that rotates beneath a blast wheel, or series of blast wheels within a cabinet enclosure. Table machines process a batch at a time. Occasionally parts may require a two step blast cycle - once the first step is completed the parts may need to be re-oriented on the table to allow for complete coverage from the blast wheel.
These machines are well suited for parts that are fragile and part on part impingement is unacceptable. Table systems also are good candidates for parts that are large or do not lend themselves to tumbling.
Standard table blast machines range from 48" diameter table size up to 84". Table wheel blast models bigger than 84" diameter are available should your process require a larger machine.

The washing machine with the component positioned on a rotating platform is the ideal system for washing small- and medium-sized mechanical pieces. The transport system consists of a daisy wheel mounted on an indexed table which, moving around a central pivot, brings the satellite holders at the ends of the arms to the different stages of treatment (washing, blowing and drying).
The rotating platform is conceived in such a way as to guarantee absolute precision in the positioning of the components to be washed. In addition, if necessary, each satellite component-holder can be made to rotate.
The special conception of the design allows optimizing space and therefore limited overall dimensions. This characteristic, together with the loading and unloading concentrated in a single position, makes the machine especially suitable for integration into a production line with island organziation.
In addition to compactness and precision, the washing machine with a rotating platform is distinguished by its exceptional reliability.

The rotating platform washing machine is used to obtain a perfect cleaning of big dimension pieces (up to a cylinder sized 2,000 mm in diameter, 2,000 mm in height and of 7,000 kg in weight).
The platform, mole in solid structure, is equipped with an oleodynamic system for the introduction, rotation and exit of the pieces. The machine can be located on or under floor.
