Diode-pumped laser sources
for marking and micromachining.
The high electro-optic conversion efficiency of the SagittaTM allows low electrical power consumption with a reduction footprint for the cooling element.
This high efficiency also allows to reduce ageing of the diode laser for long life applications, which reduced replacement costs upon consumption of the diode after an average of 10,000 working hours without any maintenance interventions.
The laser resonator is designed specifically for marking, engraving and micromachining application by optimizing the beam quality. The long-term stability of SagittaTM laser reach the requirements for integration into automatic production lines.
Integration into a complete system is extremely simple.
The power supply rack comes complete with hardware features required to be easily interfaced with external components to build a turn-key system. In order to create a laser marking system it is only required to give signals to control the Scanning Head.
Replacing the laser diode module is extremely simple, all you need is an allen wrench.
SagittaTM is often required on precision marking components, surgical instruments, tools and ball bearings. Using 100 and 160 mm focal length objectives, SagittaTM is able to engrave metals with a very high material removal capacity. The high power density of laser beam combined with the high speed of the scanning head, allows fast, deep engraving on metals.
StockerYale’s Lasiris™ Magnum II structured light laser is a high-power line generator developed for the most demanding industrial applications. It is available with a wide selection of output powers and fan angles and generates a uniform intensity distribution using patented line generating optics. In addition, the laser has high beam pointing and focusing stabilities.
The Magnum II has fully protected electronics as well as a bipolar thermoelectric cooler used to keep the laser diode at a constant temperature. The laser beam can be modulated by an external signal and all models can operate in either CW or external modulation mode.
The standard unit provides voltage outputs proportional to the beam power, laser diode current and laser diode temperature, for external monitoring. Optionally, the LCD located on the back panel can monitor these parameters. All units have a built-in time-lapse counter that enables the user to monitor the laser diode lifetime.
