AEC's Switching Mode Rectifier (SMR) that combines with battery provides uninterruptible DC power to any type of telecommunication systems. The reliable and low noise rectifier module is compact and ideal for any type of environments. Multiple rectifiers can be configured into a single unit with its multiple slots and controlled by a supervisory unit (CSU). The system can be monitored and controlled remotely through a modem using WinCSU software. The control features active current sharing, accurate attery voltage regulation, battery recharging current limit control, automatic battery equalization and battery temperature compensation.

Designed to meet the needs of telecom or datacom applications, the AC3000 rectifier provides 3000W at 48V and operates from nominal 200-240Vac input. Included in the AC3000 package is dual-redundant 12C communications lines and a complementary PS3000 18” deep shelf, which holds two AC3000 rectifiers. It provides either a combined output or separate outputs from the two rectifiers. The AC3000 rectifier measures 1.5 RU tall, 16.4” deep and 8.8” wide. An optional backplane, the BP3000, is also available for customers who enjoy the convenience of a built-in design.

Part: IR3624M
Description: High Frequency Synchronous PWM Buck Controller in a 10-Lead MLPD Package.
Features
* Internal 600kHz Oscillator
* Operates with Single 5V or 12V Supply
* Programmable Over Current Protection
* Hiccup Current Limit Using MOSFET RDS(on) sensing
* Precision Reference Voltage (0.6V)
* Programmable Soft-Start
* Pre-Bias Start-up
* Thermal Protection
* 10-Lead MLPD Package
The IR3624 is a PWM controller designed for high performance synchronous Buck DC/DC applications. The IR3624 drives a pair of external N-MOSFETs using a fixed 600kHz switching frequency allowing the use of small external components. The output voltage can be precisely regulated using the internal 0.6V reference voltage for low voltage applications. Protection such as Pre-Bias startup, hiccup current limit and thermal shutdown are provided to give required system level security in the event of fault conditions.
