Aimtec expands its switching regulator converter product line with the addition of the AMSR1-78-NZ series of non-isolated, DC-DC switching regulators.
A feature rich, pin-to-pin replacement of 78xx linear regulators, the AMSR1-78-NZ step-down converters provide highly regulated output voltages ranging from 3.3VDC to 12VDC, producing maximum output currents of 1A at efficiency rates of up to 96% that remain virtually constant over the entire input range. Low output ripple and noise (60mV p-p) make these robust converters ideal for noise sensitive applications.
Ultra wide input ranges (up to 6:1) extend from 4.75-32VDC to 16-33VDC allowing these highly reliable products to be powered from unregulated sources.
Designed in a SIP3 package (11.68 x 8.9 x 17.5mm), the AMSR1-78-NZ series is pin compatible to the TO-220 package and makes these power supplies ideal for low profile circuit implementations such as portable power and standby-power applications.
Versatile for a multitude of industrial applications, the AMSR1-78-NZ series is designed to operate at full output power without heatsinking or forced-air cooling below +85°C, which is a distinct advantage for all applications.
Useful features include continuous short circuit protection, output current limit and thermal shutdown, Aimtec’s AMSR1-78-NZ series of DC-DC switching regulator converters can operate continuously at full load without the need for load derating below +71° C, within an ambient temperature range of -40° to +85°C.

The IR3624 is a PWM controller designed for high performance synchronous Buck DC/DC applications. The IR3624 drives a pair of external N-MOSFETs using a fixed 600kHz switching frequency allowing the use of small external components. The output voltage can be precisely regulated using the internal 0.6V reference voltage for low voltage applications. Protection such as Pre-Bias startup, hiccup current limit and thermal shutdown are provided to give required system level security in the event of fault conditions.

CBS
The CBS is a mechanical switch which detects and prevents belt misalignment on conveyors. It reacts to the tilt caused by the misaligned belt. The CBS comes with 2 outputs - 15° and 30° - which trigger a first step alarm and a stop. The sensors are connected to a central monitoring unit, CB2V0A, which can control four sensors and triggers an alarm or stop signal and also provides a time delay.
The cylinders in contact with the belt are available in different options:
Mounted on a stainless steel bearing
-- stainless steel 304 or nylon cylinder
Mounted on shaft
-- nylon cylinder
The adjustable support is in stainless steel and allows a simple installation and adjustment of the sensors.
The advantage of this system lies in the fact that the force of contact between the cylinder and the belt is limited to the weight of the cylinder itself. This means that the cylinder is not damaged / cut by the belt even if they are in contact for a certain length of time.
The sensors are usually installed in pairs on each side of the machine.

Product Detail
The Ramsey Belt Misalignment Switch is used to monitor the position and tracking of conveyor belts. It is mounted on the conveyor structure and adjusted so the roller arm is the proper distance and angle from the outside edge of the belt. When a belt drifts out of alignment it contacts the roller actuator arm which rotates the actuation shaft, causing the belt misalignment switch to send an alarm signal.
The Ramsey Safety Cable Pull Switch is used as an emergency shutdown device for conveyors or other equipment. They meet OSHA and MSHA requirements for safety shutdown devices.
Safety pull cables are attached to the actuating arm of the switch. When force is applied to the pull cable it rotates the actuating arm and actuating shaft. At a 20° rotation the switch enters a tripped and locked position. The actuating shaft has two cams inside the housing. Each cam simultaneously actuates an independent SPDT micro-switch for shutdown and alarm signals.
The Ramsey Tripper Position Switch is a heavy duty limit switch. It is often used to indicate the position of a tripper on a conveyor with multiple discharge points. However, it can be used anywhere you need an extremely heavy duty limit switch with physical activation.

While unbolting the device with the inch, the same hand can open the door. According to your applications, various versions are deliverable with a switch of stop urgently OFF or 2 push-buttons being able to be used for example, one for START and the other for RESET. The version with 1 only push-button implies that it is about an element of contact. The 2 indicators are integrated in the case circuit breaker and they can post various operating conditions, allowing, for example, with the operator to make function or control its machine directly since the door. The second push-button can be used as element of contact. The tubular handles are out of aluminium stripped black chechmate or anodized. The side supports in zamac are stripped black chechmate. A kit with the caps of red, green and blue color is provided for each button.

The KOFLOC Flow Meter with Photosensor MODEL RK1812 & RK1814 SERIES are equipped with a photosensor for detecting float positions at preset levels and thus triggering the alarm output. A light source is a red LED for easy aiming and the indicator lamp can verify its stable operation. The EE55 air velocity switch is designed for standard HVAC applications with a switching threshold between 2 and 20 m/s.
EE55 consists of an interchangeable sensing probe and a relay unit suitable for panel mounting. The electronics integrated in the sensing probe allow a cable length up to 10 m to the relays unit and ensure high immunity to electromagnetic perturbations.
Low angular dependence and an extension tube allows cost-effective, easy positioning of the sensing probe in ducts with diameter between 50 and 630 mm.
