It's not surprising that users and manufacturers of construction machinery prefer DEUTZ diesel engines. Not only are they compact and extremely quiet, but they also feature a wide choice of integrated auxiliary power take-offs. The legendary durability and reliability of our proven engines are world renowned. So is the high degree of economy they offer by keeping maintenance and operating costs down. This is achieved by long service intervals, low fuel consumption, and easy access to all service points.
|
|
Do not always choose the highest number of revolutions; a lower number of revolutions increases the maintenance intervals and the service life, and noise. In case of long-term operation of more than 1,500 service hours per year, the number of revolutions should not exceed 2,600 rpm.
The power demand of the driven machine often cannot be determined exactly, therefore, allowance must be made for safety reserve capacities, as well as for altitude and ambient temperature, if they differ from the standard*.
(DIN ISO 3046 / I, 100 m above sea level, 25°C, 30% relative humidity) (ISO 1585 / 1000 mbar, 25° C)

| It is a masterpiece elaborately designed by the British Ricardo Consulting Engineer, a professional internal combustion engine designing institute with international renown. It is the model series most widely adopted by large and medium-sized agricultural machinery. It has a broader scope of supporting alternatives. The 4-cylinder type and the 6-cylinder type of diesel engines provide 6 kinds of displacement, ranging from 4.33L to 7.01L, outputting a power of 60kW-95kW, and therefore most suitable for the characteristic of low speeds and large torques featured by agricultural machinery operations. The maximum peak torque output can reach 470N.m. This engine adopts the modularized designing scheme for its external configuration and presets several external PTO ports. The excellent low-temperature cold-start capacity provides a convenient and reliable integrated power platform. It is suitable for supporting big-power and medium-power tractors, big-power and medium-power harvesting machinery and other kinds of agricultural machinery. |

When our construction customers said that they wanted smaller, quieter, more powerful engines for micro and mini designs we brought them 400 Series. The range has been specifically tailored to micro / mini-excavators, skid steer applications, and the smaller sized dump trucks. For the top end of these smaller machines the 800 Series brings the same refinement, but adds more power.
The 1100 Series family of engines provides an engine platform that caters for different emissions legislation in world markets. The 1100A is suitable in non-regulated markets, the 1100D for Tier 3 / Stage IIIA legislation, and the 1100C range satisfying Tier 2 / Stage II. This approach makes life much simpler for manufacturers who wish to sell globally without spiralling re-engineering costs.
1100 Series contains models that can be tailored to Telehandlers, Large dumper trucks, Backhoe loaders and Wheeled or tracked excavators. Similar envelope size, mounting points, fuel, coolant, electrical and gaseous connection positions means a more efficient, lower cost design and installation process for equipment manufacturers. All the important end user benefits of improved NVH, cost of ownership, and productivity are maintained. |
